Review 1：We had breakfast in dinning room but our bag was stolen. We lost 1,000 Euro, Olympus Camera and 2 passports. The hotel did not show any responsibility. there are unsecurity for a 4-Star Hotel, no cctv. while we stay there we felt unsecure and doubtfully.

Review 2：Breakfast is good tast but..what I have found in the Hotel environment is worst

Review 3：-Hotel food is expensive (we did not have breakfast included) we did not eat here but the food did look good (American style food) -Gym was very outdated

Review 4：-About an 5-8minute easy drive to downtown Frankfort -Nice outdoor sitting area at ground level by the restaurant -Room was large (we didn't have to cram our bags in the room) -Room was clean (no sign of bugs, smells, bathroom was clean with fresh linens) -They did have a gym (old treadmill, hand weights, bench, yoga mats, and some additional old equipment)

Review 23：This hotel is optimally positioned close to Frankfurt - public transport to Frankfurt HBf within walking distance. It is well decorated, all accommodation needs satisfied (large parking, free WiFi everywhere, cozy clean and silent rooms). What I like the most is the personnel that always are doing their best to answer your questions... positively :-). It is my second stay here and it is already my favourite place to stay when travelling to Frankfurt. Last but not least, I heard that they have free shuttle from and to airport.

Review 24：The hotel was closed for refurbishment, no restaurant, no facilities at all,the night watchman fortunately let me stay after a 12 journey I needed to rest

Review 25：I had a first bad impression on the location, since I've choosen the wrong exit from the S-bahn. Nobody from the group (business trip) complaint about location, thus I would say it was a good choice

Review 31：The staff was over-trained on Up selling. I had the permanent feeling that each moment the staff had the opportunity to do some up-selling. It was to much and irritating my visit extreem. Was there with my team ( 4 rooms ) and each of them had the same feeling. I am in the hotel business for 35 years and this was the worst! WiFi very weak and didn't work,what the staff promised was in 8 of 10 not achieved. Reception, F&B and rooms. Upsales to a quit room costs € 15,- per room ( is okay ), if you stay and have diner in our restaurant €.10 will be your credit on the F&B bill, we had diner with 4 people, I booked the total restaurant bill on my room. Next morning sorry sir, we can only credit you €. 10 on the total F&B amount. Because you booked the total on one room. ( Keep in mind I payed all the rooms ). this is fraud. Same experience in the Bar. We asked for 2 glasses of white wine ( €. 7.20 per glass ), then we said, bring us the whole bottle of the same wine ( €. 23,00). Answer sorry sir the bottle is already served ( we where allone in the Bar ? ), you have to order a new bottle. 5 glasses x €.7.20 = €.36,00 ;-(( And I could tell 10 more of these stupide guests unfriendly stories. But I do not want to spend more time on this .. Goodby.

Review 32：- Location was on the verge of a Industrial Area. Not even a café nearby. Kind of depressing. Right next to a big roundabout.- The building is very artificial, was made with very poor materials

Review 34：I would have appreciated instructions for use of the shower tap. I found it difficult to operate and once had to call in to get help to make it work. It was a simple trick to learn to get it right. Instructions on the wall would have saved a lot of bother. I was in room 506. Also took me a while to work out how to operate the bath and hand-basin plugs as I'd never seen that kind before. I also found everything in the fridge I MIGHT have needed (but mostly didn't) like wine, beer and coke but the one thing I always need was not there and that was milk for my cups of tea. The kettle was big enough for me alone but if my husband had been with me it would have been too small. A larger kettle would have been needed then. I think if you offer tea-making facilities, milk should be in the fridge. I would have preferred a mug instead of the cups. I found them too small.

Review 35：I liked its cleanliness, the helpfulness of the staff, and the room had everything I could want. It was perfect in size, and facilities. The breakfasts were superb and so was the dinner. I am a vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for me without eating meat. But for meat-eaters it looked like there was even more choice for them and since there are more of them, that is probably as it should be.

Review 36：Bit of a silly shower design but still usable. The bathroom could have had just a tiny bit more attention prior to arrival (hairs on shower ceiling, etc.). Not a major problem though.
