Review 1：The hotel is located right on the beach and I was lucky to have a wonderful sea front room. I also booked myself for a massage in the hotel spa and it was simply divine! Food served in the restaurant was also fantastic.
Review 2：The hotel left an utmost positive impression on us especially due the manager on duty, Mr. Jens Franke. At our arrival, he was able to solve a serious booking misunderstanding which otherwise would make us leave immediately. Mr. Franke’s calmness and sense for fairness convinced us to stay and thus we were able to enjoy a great week at Usedom. Thanks :)
