Review 1：Had to move beds as socket for bedside light inaccessible. Lack of cooking utensils i.e. decent board, no kitchen knives etc..

Review 5：we had 3 forks 8 spoons and 13 knives, badly stained chair covers. could do with decorating, make more attractive by adding some books and ornaments. floor was very dirty.

Review 7：The kitchen was poorly equipped. no oven. a bare minimum. we bought some bowls for our cereals. toilets leaked and nobody came to repair them. bed covers were in need of dry cleaning.
Review 8：the location was excellent even if the view was not grand. 5 minutes walk to the long beach walks was the crucial thing for us. nice to be in walking distance to main center of shops/buzz/restaurants etc. clean neighbourhood.
Review 9：When the iron stopped working, the promised replacement never materialised. The only other extremely minor thing was needing to check that the toilet flush button was in the 'up' position after use - sometimes it would get stuck down so the water would run continuously, but it was easily rectifiable.
Review 10：This stay was needed because my niece and I had to be within quick walking distance of the Hospiral Comarcal - my brother-in-law had a severe stroke whilst we had been holidaying 14 miles away in Frigiliano - after my son and daughter-in-law returned home, we needed to stay until the travel insurers sorted out repatriation by Air Ambulance, so we booked an eight day stay - the manager spoke good English and was very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and with good facilities. Most importantly, it had excellent wifi access included in the very reasonable price.,. The Hospiral was only 7 minutes walk away and the shops of Torre del Mar were only 5 minutes walk ( we didn't want to have the stress and expense of driving).
Review 11：- no oven and no kettle in the kitchen - no reception, we needed to call to check -in - during our week there were no cleaning in the apartments, no changing of bedclothes, no renewal of toilet paper etc - poor furnishing - some small defects

Review 13：The welcome we received. The simplicity of 'checking in' and 'checking out'. The facilities within the apartment excellent. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket. We went to the last feria in Velez in September and we walked both ways!

Review 16：I hate to even have a complaint but unfortunately the washing machine was on the blink. As in it was blocked so the clothes didnt rinse and water remained at the bottom of the drum. Someone fixed it but when used the next time, the water still didnt drain and flooded the kitchen. So that wasted a few towels...... That was the only issue there which they will surely rectify. Id still go back :)
Review 17：After reading some previous reviews I was a bit wary of this place but went ahead anyway and i am so glad i did! Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The apartment on the first floor was very well presented. Plenty of towels and all kitchen equipment including coffee maker and kettle. They tv could be changed to english so no issue there, my wifi signal was good for the duration. Air con in every room was fully functioning thank god as it was 38' outside :) location was good, says ten mins from the beach but really its five and im a slow walker. Bus (€1.80pp) is one street away or taxi (€6) to take u to the main big shopping centre Eroski which has all the usuals suvh as bershka, h&m, c&a, dunnes stores. The water park is just across the way from there. The lively and very child friendly centre of torre del mar is about 10mins by foot. Always bustling by night especially, lovely walk along the Paseo too. There are several little supermarkets and restaurants near the apartments also. Basically i wouldnt stay anywhere else now and i go to torre del mar every year. Highly recommend!

Review 30：We travelled in February so the evenings were cold and there was no heating in the apartment. Only one blanket per bed was not sufficient without heating. Wifi signal very poor.

Review 38：No 'proper' oven, just an all singing and dancing microwave; as someone who loves to cook I would prefer a 'proper' oven. Also, the hob was one of those all electric hobs with touch sensitivity. Horrible, although I noticed all the cooks on the foodie programs also used them. You wouldn't see any of our TV chefs using anything other than gas, but hey!
Review 39：The location was great for us, our prime reason for choosing Torre (as opposed to Nerja) was it's location to Competa and the mountains, we like to hike. The apartments are to the east of town, great for getting up into the hills. However, it's clear the developers have run out of money for development and the ground around the apartments has been cleared but not developed. Felt a little like a wilderness, didn't bother us but it might some people. The best thing about the apartment (Atico B) was the massive terrace, that wrapped 3 sides of the apartment, sun all afternoon/early evening and great views of the town.
