Review 1：The procedure to get a wifi code seems to dated from USSR ages. Moreover, with your code you can have the wifi on only one device.

Review 3：The bed wasn't a quality bed in comparison to the cost of the hotel room. The hot section of the breakfast was cold and the entire section was un supervised.

Review 5：The first thing was that when I checked in I was asked to pay for my entire booking period that is 3 nights , which was very strange , considering I had furnish my credit card details at the time of booking , there was no tea and coffee maker in the room as was advitised on the net , the so called mini bar was empty and when I enquired the staff had no answer , the free breakfast was a total disaster and I have never had such an experience at any other hotel , the breakfast is always considered a kings meal , I was very frustrated and never will want to go to this hotel again

Review 7：There was no airco. The ventilator did not help at all. The receptionist couldn't speak English which is very bad because hotel staff are supposed to speak English too. Luckily we could speak Urdu to a few staff members.

Review 15：The rooms were small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was cramped. I had a hard time getting in and out of shower and it was very slippery with no means of support. Amenities were very limited which included a small bar of soap and small pack of body wash/shampoo.

Review 48：This hotel was reasonably priced. It was very clean and comfortable. Toiletries and towels were provided and my bed was freshly made up each day. It was very convenient to the underground railway station which has a direct 15 min link to Frankfurt main station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast both in range, quantity and quality was more than adequate. I would make a point of booking this hotel again when staying in Frankfurt. 10 out 10 for my stay in all areas.
