Review 2：Nice and helpful staff. spacious and clean room. Nicely decorated. Near center of Benicassim. Easy to park your car. Lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Good value for money.

Review 7：Staff are very friendly and helpful, great location , lovely room. this was my second stay at the hotel for the fesival and i would stay again and again.

Review 8：Arrived at the hotel at 17:00- there were no staff & the front door was locked. We were let in by other guests & had to wait for staff to arrive. Told we had to give a €100 deposit, tried to pay by card- WiFi didn't work so card machine out of order-had to go the cash machine in town to ensure payment hadn't been taken after & withdraw cash. WiFi didn't work the whole time & given clean towels one day out of seven. On check-out at 07:00, again, no staff around, rang the hotel number, rang the bell, nothing. Waited for half an hour, eventually staff heard us wondering around & came out, very unhappy to have been woken by us. Room generally quite unclean.

Review 9：Air con very good. Location good. For the festival, just what we needed. You get what you pay for.

Review 10：They charged us for late check in, but we didn't have toilet paper in the room and it was too late to call somebody, after 1 am. The staff doesn't speak English - a bummer. For 7 days, 2 persons, each of us got just a round of small envelops with shampoo and shower gel. No soap existed. Wi-Fi was very bad in the room, almost not existent. They didn't clean our room at all and it was full of sand and they didn't change the towels for 7 days. They didn't even throw away a bag full of 7 days garbage, that was in the middle of the room. Cleaning for them means to make the bad (without ever changing the sheets). That is why I believe booking it is too expensive for a hotel that doesn't take care of the cleaning and implicitly of their clients.

Review 11：Cozy room and hotel, very comfortable bed, cheap bike rental (comparing to fib renting), very good location, close to the beach and 10 minutes away from fib, by bike. Good air conditioning.

Review 12：Stayed there for the festival and it was poor facilities. The wifi didn't work and when told the manager about this the response was 'that's just one problem' even though I mentioned it numerous times to her! We stayed for 7 nights and were given one clean towel the whole time! We were in a room of 4 and given one key so constantly locked out the hotel. Don't recommend!

Review 20：The AC was controlled from downstairs at 26 degrees. We had to ask for putting it lower but still was not working properly, I think they want to save some money to have it at one temperature only but is not fair for the price you are paying. Doesn't have a hairdryer:( but is fine as is a beach area. Not very close to the beach, you need to walk but is fine :)

Review 21：Place is super cute, well decorated we were lucky to have found a parking in front of it. Rooms are good. There is an elevator to help you with the luggage.

Review 22：Very expensive. We stayed here last year and this year it was nearlydouble the price (over £100 a night) not worth it. 100 euro deposit incash needed when we arrived, again, double what it was last year, and abit cheeky and unnecessary when they had 900 euros for the room, and mycredit card details!We stayed for 6 days. The room was never cleaned in that time, most days (not every day) the sheet was tidied on the bed (not changed) but that was it. We had to ask for towels and toilet rolls, and complimentary toiletries were never replenished. The room looked a little shabby and could do with being repainted and minor repairs. We also had no remote for the fan so could not turn it on. The hotel don't have a 24 hour reception which means you have to take your key to the festival which is annoying (for the price and for the sake of 4 days I think they could have 24 hours reception). Also, it meant people were letting their friends in who weren't even staying at the hotel and this was noisy at times (despite being unsecure). The wifi is poor, doesn't work in the rooms at all, only in the lobby and even then its very slow at times. Staff seemed overly eager to please, so despite speaking very little english they would agree to anything you said even though it became clear they didn't understand. This quickly becomes frustrating and it would be much better if they had just admitted they didn't understand, and told us when someone who did would be there. Could be a very nice hotel if it were better organised, rooms were redecorated and it made some other minor changes. I would consider staying here again but it would need to be much more affordable to make the service they offer worth it.

Review 23：The rooms are nice enough, they are a good size and fairly comfortable.The location is good for the festival (about 20 mins walk through thetown), beach and the town. Staff tried hard to be helpful and they didemploy an English speaking person for the festival.

Review 42：The majority of the time the reception is not manned but the owners are contactable via phone and always come when needed No tea making facilities in room and the TV could do with a couple of English speaking stations, but after all it is Spain and it is a budget hotel so I can not really complain too much

Review 43：It does what it says on the tin... Cheap, practical accommodation with a flat screen TV, and a walk in wet room shower which worked fairly well. Its decor is a little quirky and basic but I kind of like that. You can come and go as you please as you have a key to get in. I have stayed there now 3 times and have recommended it to friends who have also stayed there too so that in itself says something. Basically its alright for the purpose I wanted it for (6/10)

Review 44：We had a rain shower in our room which had not been drained properly, this flooded the first time we used it and from then onwards we could only use the shower on 10% power. Could only get wifi in reception and not bedrooms which wasn't good on rainy days. Also, there was hardly ever a time when we saw someone on reception which was a real problem for us on our last day, we had left our bags at reception after we checked out whilst we went to the beach and told the woman we would be back at 2 however when we arrived back there was nobody there we waiting 10 mins and still nobody showed up after we had knocked and rang the bell bearig in mind we had a train to catch so we had to ring a number on the window for the woman to drive to the hotel to let us in, luckily we got our bags in time and made the train but there would have been no need for the stress if someone had just been on reception!!

Review 45：Room was a good size and really good location, close to all the bars/restaurants and about a 10 min walk to the beach

Review 46：We asked for the breakfast in the room at a certain hour and it never arrived on time...only after complaining they started to deliver it on time. Some basic things such as towels and toilet paper weren't always changed as needed. I didn't like the bathroom sliding door but there is not much to be done in relation to that. In the third and fourth floor you don't have wifi coverage and that can be improved easily nowadays.

Review 47：The hotel location is very good as it is near the main zone for bars and restaurants and a 10-15min walk to the beach. The room is big and clean with a balcony. I also liked the possibility of breakfast in the room. I really liked the hotel, of course there are always things to improve, more at the service level. If the management takes the clients opinions in considerations this can be a top notch hotel at a very affordable price.

Review 48：Only minor issues with this hotel, e.g. Our room was cleaned at random times during the day, and the cleaners often interrupted us several times. There were no do not disturb signs which was a bit annoying for example when trying to take a shower, or catch up with sleep. Wifi also did not work in the room and we had to use it in reception. There is no 24 hour reception either so if you are going to the festival you have to take your key with you.

Review 49：We went for FIB (music festival). The location was good (about 15 to 20 mins walk to the venue). The room was a really good size and clean and comfortable. The street was also very quiet.

Review 56：The room was very expensive and not great value for money although I understand prices are higher due to FIB. Booked this on bboking.com in Jan 2013 where it stated payment would be taken on arrival at the hotel, however it was taken by the hotel in May unexpectedly. This was a financial nightmare and I was not told this was going to happen. Although the hotel refunded the amount after a few days this caused so much hassle and cost in phone bills etc. Please be aware of the possibility this can happen to travellers.

Review 57：The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a shorter walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. We came for FIB 2013 and it was only a 20 min walk to the venue. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful.
