Review 1：I was surprised that there was no ATM on site nor a gift shop with souvenirs, given that it's quite a distance from town. We paid for breakfast but missed the last day because it wasn't served until 8am and we left earlier for the airport. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to have had an alternative option.

Review 2：We were made to feel extremely welcome by the staff. We used the transfer service to visit Alicante & San Juan beach; a great value & convenient way of visiting when you don't have a car. The hotel is in a very peaceful location and the pool is gorgeous. Loved the book sharing library & the room with a balcony.

Review 7：Paying for parking, the hotel is far from most places so a car is essential but it costs €10 a day to park, this makes the road towards the hotel very busy with cars as its is free to park there! Our rooms were not cleaned for 2 days we have stayed there a few times and never had this probelm, once we complained they were done.

Review 8：The rooms were large and spacious! Pool has a nice atmosphere and very clean, drinks are reasonably priced didn't eat there so can't comment. Fantastic free wifi and staff polite.

Review 9：The biggest disappoint is the delayed checking in process, we had to wait over 4 hours before our room was ready, this seem to be a common issue, we had the same issue when we visited a couple of years ago. Hotel is very much focused on locals, so most of the events/activities were done in Spanish, which was a little frustrating, but not a big issue.

Review 17：Cuando he llegado no tenían constancia de ninguna, reserva, aunque yo tenia el email de confirmación. El recepcionista me dice, que tengo que dar gracias porque tengo habitación (¿estas de coña?). He pedido una cuna, para el bebe y no me la han traído hasta las 11 de la noche, después de avisar ya por 4ª vez.

Review 19：I was charged 3x the price for the room over a weekend because it was Spain's national holiday, I did not think this was right as I had booked for 11 nights and was unaware of this cost as it was spred across the whole stay. The hotel also was full of children and pets which as you can imagine was very noisy at all times. The wifi in the hotel was very poor. The food was of a poor standard for the price of the meals. The hotel was also about a 15 mins from the beach and not having a car we relied on the hotels courtesy taxi,not actually courtesy as it cost €10 a day each a day, could not stay around the pool as it was packed with screaming children who seem to be in controllable by parents or staff.

Review 22：Pool area, cushions on sunbeds, the room was very comfy and spacious bathroom.. Great BBQ night served by very pleasant and efficient waitress. Complimentary bottle of Cava in our room on arrival. Lovely bars/restaurants up the road (5 mins walk), with Mamamias the pick of them... We got a nice follow up call from Juan in hotel, when we got home..

Review 23：The parking is very narrow; fitted carpet everywhere, and smelly in the corridors; no wifi in the rooms; elevator to the parking broken during almost the whole stay; the quality of the room cleaning services wasn't constant.

Review 36：There is an excellent view, and it's a great place for children because of the huge pool, wifi, spa and game rooms. The nearest beach (6 km.) is Campello, which is really nice and not as touristy as some. This hotel is especially good for people who play golf, but it also for people who just want to get away and relax. The service was excellent. You can sit by the pool and have drinks or coffee for hours while using wifi.

It was the first time staying at this hotel it was a birthday treat for me. the staff were very helpful, we had our room upgraded at no extra cost (not sure why), the hotel is dog friendly, also a bottle of cava was brought to our room, There was a good selection at breakfast, kettle & cups in room We will certainly stay again.

Review 70：The corridors are dim. Lighting is switched on automatically at people passage, but with an annoying delay. A minimal lighting should be always on, to avoid a sinister feeling.

We cannot fault the hotel at all, was excellent, every little detail was given attention, from the bottle of cava on ice when we arrived to the chocolates on our pillows!! Review 80：I was a little remote. Not possible to walk into a town and find alternative restaraunts without driving.

Review 81：The pool was fab but sadly their was no lifeguard whilst we were there and a sigh saying it was closed. Also the pool bar was closed for the duration of our stay which was a shame.

Patricia on receptionwas extremely charming, going out of her way to make sure that weenjoyed our stay. Her English is excellent. The rooms are very clean andthe beds so comfortable, My husband has a spinal fusion, arthritis anddegeneration of the spine, so often finds hotel beds uncomfortable, butat this hotel he had a good nights sleep. We had a slight problem withthe phone and this was replaced within 10 minutes of reception beingmade aware of the problem 5 stars for the maintenance man.We did not usethe spa facilities but we viewed them and they do look very nice and atonly 5 euro's good value. Don't forget your bathing cap thoughas these are compulsory.I Would definitely recommend a stay at thishotel, whether for a romantic relaxing break, for sports or for families(the outdoor pool is designed with families in mind) We live just over100 miles away in Lorca and will definitely be returning.Cant wait.

Review 85：There were no facilities for tea or coffee in the room although there was a kettle and cups. Parking charge at nine euros per night is dear particularly if one was staying for any length of time.

Smoking allowed on the balcony (ashtrays on tables on balcony)so if next door are smoking the smell travels over to your balcony. Nowifi. Room service stated 24 hr which is why we chose this hotel as Iwasn't arriving until 2300. However the room service only serves hotfood from 11am until 11pm. From 11pm until 11am you can only order asandwich which wasn't very nice. Car park space was 9 euro. Althoughpet friendly there is a 9 euro charge.
