Review 1：It was last but one day of the season, so was quiet and bars closed early, and so was a little expensive when for end of season, would be fair value if everything was operational. We will return however when the hotel is buzzing and the associated club open.

Review 3：The room was not isolated enough to sleep properly. The bed had bugs (mites) hence I woke up with bites and red spots over my body. The pillows had mites so I had allergy in my eyes all night long. In many hotels tea and coffee are a courtesy. In this hotel you had to pay for absolutely everything. Forget any kind of courtesy.

This service did not allow you to arrange transport to all other destinations where a taxi service is advised. Not very VIP when your staying a suite!

Review 9：I understood the nightclub had closed, but I didn't anticipate that the everything would be shut down. The jacuzzis were closed, no water activities were available, and the pool closed at 8 pm. Multiple requests for maintenance/housekeeping were ignored.

I have no problem paying €600 per night for a good quality room but it seems a little insulting to then charge €26 for a croissant and coffee. If their pastries are that expensive to make why not increase the price of the room and include a token breakfast? Most party goers would probably only have the coffee and orange juice anyway.

Review 17：Ushaia closing party was superb and complimentary ticket was a welcome bonus to save the hassle of having to arrange a ticket separately. Private party and wifi included. Staff were delightful.

We booked 3 days with 2 of the days having a day party at Ushuaia, this was excellent value for money as you could spend the day at the beach and then move on to the party (for free) till midnight. The events were very well planned and catered to. Location was great as there were many shops and restaurants around it, and bus to town passes by the hotel. Also 'Space' club is right next to the hotel. Highly recommend it! (Note: We stayed at the Club building, which is the one where the parties take place).

Will take it up with my Chase bank. So,,, I find this hotel staff(reception) totally incompetent.

It's like they got a random selection of people from different countries and put them together and said here run the hotel and there was no management.The only person that was decent was a lady called Marga at concierge who knew Ibiza very well and I must say she is what makes Ushuaia.

Review 67：was a bit disappointed as we arrived the 1st night and got ready to hit the Ushuaia club, we were given The Star wrist bands since we booked suites, from what I understood it gave us the VIP treatment, which to be honest was no where to be found, every time we tried accessing the VIP area, they would stop us and say it for table reservations only! so basically we were stuck hanging out with all outside guests with regular tickets, when it is extremely busy, we could not even located or probably there wasn't any designated area for in house guests to create a but of exclusivity, I suggest that this should be looked into to feel the real value for money, since the public area in the club was crazy busy, we decided to dine at the Japanese restaurant in the tower next door to the club, again we got turned down by the hostess claiming that we did not have a prior reservation and the restaurant was full! and actually it wasn't ! it was only when I insisted to speak to the manager and also being a hospitality professional myself we managed to get accepted at the sushi counter, however the manager whom was rather helpful and a bit nicer to us than the hostess, informed us that we need to wait for 20 minutes and come back, I just hated the fact that we needed to wait and missed about just to dine in the same hotel we were staying at, the funny thing was upon our return 20 minutes later she got us a table, which I expected anyway, so I thought to myself what was the need for all those discussion just to get admitted for dinner! anyway truth to be said the service was also a bit below expectations and again on a not fully occupied restaurant, it was even more occupied when the party finished at 12:00, when the outside guests walked in to dine.

Review 68：the best in Ibiza with no comparison, a big big shout out to the wonderful ladies at the experience team, the best and the most professional I have ever dealt with so far, Sabri, Yurena, Marla and Desiree...they are just so cool and they literally know everything about the place, excellent recommendations as well, I was not very happy with one staff member whom worked during the night shift for his silly and condescending attitude, but this can be overseen and slipped under the carper as the property is simply great and offers great facilities. Price is expensive it is totally worth it, food is fab! also expensive though, but again worth it.

There are better hotels in terms of luxury and comfort android in much less price.

Review 85：I had stayed in Ushuaia before, when there was a party every afternoon till midnight, a day party in Sunday etc. During our stay we just happen to attend one :( At the time of the party, while we were entering the hotel; although we have "the guest" straps on our wrists; we have been hold at the door by security and checked if we really have a room or not. It took about ten minutes to check our registry and we kept waiting and waiting. It is pretty annoying to pay 400 euro for a night and treated like that. In Las Vegas (Bellagio) they knew us by our faces on the second day... That was some good value of service for money, Ushaia wasn't. Twin room ?? asked 3 three times and gave up...

Review 86：Having a room at the party venue (it is the club hotel not the tower) is what this hotel is all about, and it is a very good deed, if you are keen on partying long hours. You can get changed, get a small rest, or whatever you do in your room. There is a price for that room, and since it is the only hotel (i know), and what you pay for is the room at the venue. To get the best out of it, it is better to check to party schedule online before you book. The parties end at midnight, so there is always an option for an after hour party.

Review 88：It was my 3d time staying at Ushuaia. second time at the fashion Victim suite, the sexiest room there. Love designs of this hotel. Opening party was amazing, show was top notch as always, very good music, less EDM that regular parties. Never had any problems with staff either (many even remembered my name). Yes, the hotel comes at a price, but it totally worth every penny! Jacuzzi with a sew view - is priceless ;-) Also, if you book ahead and at least 5 nights you get much better prices per night. And opening (end of May) was about 30% cheaper then mid July or August. Will definitely come back!

Review 89：Being ripped off and having to pay double just to get a stage view, which we had payed for previously. We stay here every year and it was only this year that they decided to charge us double. The staff were very rude other than the restraunte staff and it felt like they were looking down there nose at us.

They are highly profesional! they know how to put your clients at ease! always smiling! they are very respectful to your customers! I travel a lot because of my job ! and I know many hotel in the world! but employees as Amaurys - Bartolo -David- Mihaela it does not exist anymore! These are the best employee I've met so far !!! Review 120：Wanted to chill round the pool but music too loud for a conversation. You are out all night, nice to have music lower day time. Staff abit indifferent in some of the bars. Also Sky Lounge not open until 8pm & some days closed. I preferred the seating at Hard Rock roof bar. A notice in reception to advise would be helpful if bar is open. Also you can use Hard Rock roof bar, would be nice to know what they have on as 1 night had a live singer. You get charged for Nespresso in your room, we paid enough for that to be included. Breakfast was very busy around 10.30/11am so had to queue for a table. Kitchen closes at 11am so they won't cook you any items, even though it finishes at 11.30am.

Review 124：We upgraded our room as we was on honeymoon so spent a lot of money over the time we stayed there. We checked out 12pm but our flight wasn't until 12pm that evening. Prodigy was playing that evening we wasn't allowed back in the hotel unless we bought a ticket. This is very poor! Even tho it would of been just to chill on beach until our flight. It seems once you check out ushisia no longer care for your service. No matter how much you've spend there on previous days.

Review 136：From the moment I arrived, until the minute I left I had an amazing time. Check in was quick and simple - and a drink upon arrival. Rooms are spacious and clean, every item you've ever required in a hotel is at your disposal (for a price). View from my balcony to the stage was perfect. And given the club atmosphere, it was incredibly quiet in the tower, so my sleep wasn't compromised.

Review 137：The only downside is some if the staff are a little arrogant especially near beach and its hard to get beach beds too not enough to accommodate paying hotel guests.

Review 138：The hotel is fantastic if you like music as the open air party starts every day from 5pm but finishes at 12pm so you can get some sleep if you decide not to go the many Ibiza clubs. The rooms are all well equipped and modern too and breskfast excellent.

Review 139：The staff is very disrespectful. They treat you like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to be there. The noise from the after party cleaning and before party sound check is unbearable. You literally get absolutely no sleep. They barely speak english. Wifi only works at specific times. It took 1 hour to get a roll of toilet paper.

Review 140：Beach was amazing. And the parties, if you like house music.
