Review 1：The uncomfortable pillows.
Review 2：Friendly staff, lovely pool and quiet location. This is the 5th time I've stayed in a Universal hotel and you can always be sure of what you're going to get. The overall quality is very good.
Review 3：You need to pay for WiFi as well as the use of the lounge chairs at the pool and in the garden.

Review 5：The reception staff doesn't know English. If you're English-spoken, you will be in trouble. Everybody, in reception, in restaraunt, in the bar - all people use either German, or Spanish, or Franch. Nobody is English spoken.
