Review 1：Should provide another piece of thick blanket instead a thin blanket. I was there during autumn an it gets very cold at night.

Review 5：The badthroom had a verry bad wc. And you have to wait 5 minutes before you can take a shower with warm water. So a pitty for all that water you loose.

Review 8：the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and even helped us carry our bags up the stairs (no lift). Each of us could choose a drink upon arrival - very nice touch! Parking was in an enclosed courtyard.
Review 9：Manager is very rude have no sense how to talk to customers. I checked in went to my room then had to come down stairs from 3rd floor for WiFi password lady on reception explained this is the next and password for it and i went back to my room. I was there for business trip had to do some work on laptop so switched on my laptop there was no WiFi, went downstairs to ask the lady on reception straight away called manager and replied manager us on the way will be here in 2 minutes. I was standing on reception when manager arrived no greetings nothing later she talk to me saying we cannot do anything for you bcs ifs a free service you cannot complaint. I asked her I put special request for this twice to hotel they would have replied to me its not possible. Her reply was if you want to stay its ok you can stay in your room or you can leave the hotel.

Review 14：We come every two years to Automechanika at Messe Frankfurt. The location is good for S Bahn. The hotel in general is clean and tidy as are the rooms. The staff have always been pleasant and cooperative. The breakfast is adequate without being lavish. We have stayed at the hotel before and will no doubt stay again in two years time.
Review 15：The hotel is next to a busy road but we were too tired for that to bother us. The Wi-Fi kept turning on and off.
Review 16：The hotel was clean and convenient for a family of five travelling by car and staying for one night. Good transport connection to the city centre.
Review 17：Hotels with quality cleaning medium no elevator and no air conditioning in not so sympathetic. Mediocre meal 7 EUR per person and an extra 5 euro for parking. No greeting guests after 21:00 and of course no service staffed. Unfortunately there was noise around 2:30 am.

Review 33：On the hotel's website it is clearly stated that breakfast is included in the price during conference / 'fair' / messe periods (when the room price is higher) ... however on arriving ( for MusikMesse) I was told that this was not the case. When I said that it was clearly stated on their website, the man on reception replied 'if you can show me where it says that, then of course you will get it included' ... however, when I did show him, he then said "we don't give that to people who book through booking.com" I asked why, if that was the case, then that was not made clear on their website, at this point the man suddenly became very aggressive, saying that he wouldn't discuss it any further and unless I left the reception area immediately, he would call the police ! Quite extraordinary behaviour, and, I have to say, quite dishonest. I wouldn't stay there again, despite the hotel being fine in most other regards ( though there is very often no-one on reception for hours on end, so if ever there was a problem, you are pretty much on your own ...)

Review 38：The man whose name I did not get who checked me in on 10/24 was wonderful to me. He knew I was nervous about being alone and he was so reassuring. He went out of the way to send coffee up to my room. Then in the morning a lovely woman knocked on my door at 6:30 am to wake me and give me another pot of coffee! My only regret was that I had no change to tip them. The hotel should be very happy to know what wonderful gracious staff they have.
Review 39：We did not receive the Wi-Fi password. Upon our arrival back to the hotel, the reception was already closed, so we remained without the free Wi-Fi. No special amnities in the room (if you do not need them, thats ok), just the TV.
Review 40：The reason to stay was the proximity to RJ. The hotel was very clean, room was comfortable, quite big, bathroom nice. During the weekend you can park for free in the street, otherwise book the hotel parking. Self regulatory heating, was nice and warm (we stayed while was quite cold outside).

Review 49：i had to choose this place because it was the closest to the museum where i had some work to do. for someone who does not know anything about Frankfurt area and who is fresh from the airport, and who has to do something in Offenbach, this may be OK. But if you prefer to spend a little bit more, this hotel is definitely not the option. For which they offer, this seems to be an OK place but I would prefer a better hotel if it is available at close proximity.

Review 51：We didn't notice that the hotel does not have a 24hrs reception desk.When we arrived at almost 12am, we found the main door was locked.Luckily we managed to contact the staff via phone and one girl appearedafter 20 mins to open the door for us.Market place in offenbach is within walking distance. The room is big and clean.

Review 53：Actually, there is nothing I can say that we did not like about thehotel pension as far as what the service they offer or the rooms.Remember, if you want free WiFi and breakfast included and elevatorsand valet parking then you can always spend more and go to the 4 or 5star hotels. But when you are on a budget and do not want to pay forthings you do not really need to have a good nights rest then this isthe place to stay.
Review 54：Our stay at the Pension am ledermuseum was exactly what we expected andwhat we were looking for. It is not a luxury 5 star hotel and they donot claim to be. It is simply a very clean, friendly and enjoyable placeto get a good nights rest. The beds are comfortable and the rooms arelarge enough to give you some space to exercise (if you need to). Theparking is behind the hotel and there is a modest charge for parking andI thought that was fair. Now some folks ask why?? Is the breakfast notincluded. I think it is a reasonable to charge for the breakfast only ifyou want it. This keeps the price of the room down for those that do notwant to eat at the hotel. There are several places to eat a short walkfrom the hotel and some really good stores to shop at. Also, even if itis not something you planned to do, take the time to visit theLedermuseum. It is very interesting and very well organized. There are34 museums in the Frankfurt area. You can see as many as you want in 2days for only 15.00 euros per person. Which is a good deal since mostcost 6.00 euros for an adult. The ledermuseum is directly next to thehotel. Now to be fair to those that may have a handicap, there is noelevator. All the rooms are one flight up or more. I use a cane and Imade it ok without much trouble. It is also a short walk to the trainstation if you want to avoid parking in downtown Frankfurt. My wife andI both highly recommend this hotel.
