Apartamentos Proamar sells fast on our site. Apartamentos Proamar is set on the beachfront promenade in Torre del Mar’s Poniente Beach. The modern apartments feature a balcony with sea or city views and free WiFi.

Review 1：a little bit of a walk to the front door, at night path not lit well, not easy to find as no directions provided, no staff around most of the time, you have to call a phone number

Review 3：Wifi in apartment was very intermittent. This was quite frustrating though the staff were helpful in rebooting the system. Needs sound insulation as you can hear the neighbours !

Review 4：Location. Large apartment with long balcony. Very beautifully cleaned. Heater if needed for cooler nights and bath with lots of hot water

Review 5：Being told to come back later to check in when it was already 15:00. The apartment was still not ready by 16:30 but we were allowed in while the cleaner finished the kitchen. To be fair, she was very apologetic and everything was spotlessly clean.

Review 7：As the apartment was south west facing and was on the top floor there was no shade from approx. 11-30am to sunset. An awning or sun brolly would have been very welcome.

Review 8：The location was excellent with views over open land (filled with goats for the first week) and the sea. The apartment was very roomy and comfortable with all the necessary, although basic, equipment available. The broken toaster was replaced within 24 hours.

Review 9：There was a mix-up over the collection of our keys due to our late night arrival. Keys should have been left at the adjacent hotel, but this did not happen. However, once informed, the manager of the apartments arrived within 10 minutes to hand over the key.

Review 10：Apartment was very clean and spacious with excellent facilities. Convenient location with good car parking. Good value for money.

Review 11：The fact that there was no-one in the office at any time during our stay - so no-one to let us in. We were fortunate that a very nice cleaner helped us . At the end there was still no-one to take our keys so we just had to leave them hanging on the office door.

Review 12：The location was great - within 100 metres of the sea and close to supermarket . Restaurants and shops within easy walk. Very good sized rooms and very comfortable. All the equipment you could possibly need . The cleaner was very helpful when we arrived and helped to get us in.

Review 13：Plastic mattress protector was making the night sleep so hot.Pillow is staffed with sponges and was uncomfortable to use. The balcony was facing the back where the hotel car park is located (the apartment building is part of the hotel building) and in the morning a few service or delivery vehicles come in and noise echoed and was quite noisy.

Review 21：It was cold weather and the heating is almost non existent, plus we had one of the apartments on the shady side of the building. The kitchen has a very sparse inventory, ok if you eat out as we did but it would be a struggle if you had a family to cater for. The bedding is basically a sheet and slightly padded bed cover, plus there are a few spare blankets between two bedrooms and we needed them, but I hate being weighed down in bed, a quilt would have been nicer, so we went and got our own, plus some more mugs and an electric kettle. Don't get me wrong the apartment is ok but attention to detail is lacking.

Review 22：The apartment is only a couple of minutes walk into town and is reasonably roomy.

Review 23：no kettle no aircon and only a small heater for cold evenings- although it did warm up the appartment eventually (we stayed in January) we have stayed in much smaller places and had an aircon/heater to provide whatever needed.

The building is now separate in two parts and one part is a noisy hotel at the night (hotel BQ! ) and you have no ACCES TO THE SWIMMING POOL!!!!and even there is no free parking for your car!!!

Review 50：We had a great time staying at Apartamentos Proamar! It was the second time we stayed there. It is a family-owned hotel and they are very nice and helpful. The apartments all have sea view and are spaceous and equiped with all you might need. There is a private parking for a small fee but make sure you book a space because it might be full in the summer season. In the winter when we were visiting relatives there,it's no problem. It is close to the sea, mercadona, shopping, restaurants and local market. The cleaning you do yourself during the stay, and also before you leave, (or you can pay for it). Review 63：There is no reception as such.There is an office which states it opens 11-1 pm,but is often not open.Therefore on arrival you have to Telephone the office Number,in order to obtain a key.This is a bit daunting as there is no info telling you you have to ring.
