Review 1：No wifi/internet. Also we didn't realise there would be no amenities - would be good to have at least shower gel and hand soap, maybe in fixed dispensers.

Review 3：It feels a bit like a holiday compound with a lot of concrete. But it is nice and clean, depends on what you are looking for.

Review 4：We really liked the swimmingpool. It was big and clean and very well maintained. We also loved the roofterrace where we and our kids slept every night and watched the stars together. It was fun!

Review 5：This os mot a place I would recommend to tale children as every nightafter the choir of dogs howling throught the night, someone tried tobreak in to our appartment which my children did not feel save and wouldonly sleep close to me we did not meet any of the complex staff at allit was left to waiters who did not speak english ready the small printas nothing was open or ready I would not recommend this for anyonep.s you need a car

Review 6：The golf course was in a very bad condition, and we have to walk 1.200 meter to the course from the appartment.

Review 7：Nice appartment with 3 bedrooms and Balkon with nice view over The golf course and water - very nice staff from Bonalba booking!

Review 8：The apartment was at least 1 kilometer away from the reception, up a long hill. That was not easy with young children and a lot og luggage. No store or shop was open to buy food. You need a car to stay there!!!!

Review 11：- too far from any town or village (car is needed!!!), no option for public transport - as houses of the resort are located in a big area, for some the swimming pool, golf, reception is not a waliking distance (car needed!!!)

Review 12：- Outdoor swimming pool was perfect for children; - indoor swiming pool was small, but children-friendly - the apartment rented for 3 persons actually was a 2-floor summer house of 3 bedrooms and well equipped. - staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 13：The apartment was far away from the reception - spa - etc. The outdoor pool wasn't open (not season) even though it was 25 degrees outside. They reserved our money twice which complicated our economical situation.

Review 14：Very beautiful if the outdoor pool had been open. Indoor pool. The staff was very helpful the first time we came and gave us a ride to the apartment, because it was very far away (which we didn't know).

Review 15：The beds in the apartments are the worst I have ever seen! Themattresses were old and all the sprungs were sticking out. We couldn'tsleep at all. We left after one night since they weren't able to provideus another apartment with a decent mattress, aparently that was one ofthe best ones! It's a shame that they got such awful beds, theapartments are alright, the golf course is good and the spa facilitiestoo. But if the hotel does not decide to change those inhuman matressesI wouldn't recommend Bonalba to anyone.

Review 17：When we arrived the front desk was closed and we had to stay in a hotel close by. It was a little inconvenient but the next day we got the money back and got a discount. It was dealt with in a professional manner.

Review 18：The apartment was clean and comfortable. the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Review 19：The apartments were far from the spa centre so having a car to get thereis almost a must otherwise it's quite a walk.

Review 20：The Bonalba Resort is a nice resort. Nice (somewhat small) indoorswimmingpool, use of swimming caps is required. The apartments were verysober but okay for one night. If you look for a bit more luxury (for abit more money) maybe it's better to book the 4star hotel at the resort.

Review 21：Golf & Spa resort is not the ' Bonalba hotel' They simple do holidaylets for apartments and villas in the Bonalba complex. We were allocateda lovely 3 bed villa? Backing on to the golf course which was absolutelylovely and suited our need perfectly. The g&s resort did offer entry toa lovely Spa with indoor and outdoor pools and well equiped gym butbeing a couple of oldies and the weather was great we didn't make use ofthe facility. Being in low season (April) the resort was very quietwhich suited us. We had previously stayed in the Hotel last year and itwas very good however when we went for an evening meal there this timethe food quality and restaurant(new) was not so good.
