Review 1：Kitchen was some 15 meters down the hallway which was shared with others, so we felt we had to lock our room when getting to the kitchen. Bit of a hassle if you want some tea from your kitchen or left a book in your room. Also the kitchen is really in the basement without any window. As the sleeping room seems to be located in what used to be a basement garage, your view on the lake is pretty minimal. Sleeping couch wasn't comfortable; one on the couch itself, who may feel trapped as the other person lies next to him/her on the extension. Wifi wasn't working too well, as several wifi repeaters were disturbing each others signal and this basement room is at the very end of the large villa. No garden of your own to sit and relax; you can only sit in front of your room which is part of the parking space.
Review 2：High quality of interior finishing: polished natural stone flooring, wonderfully matching wooden and modern furniture. Nice location to walk towards the lake (5 - 10 minutes) in a quiet area.

Review 6：Beautiful views and not to far from Titisee. Nice bedrooms and bathroom. House is old, creaks and the second night when it rained and it was windy it was so loud. Couldn't sleep. Kitchen is not supplied with many dishes. It is meant for 6 people but there wasn't any prep bowls or pan for over. Once again beautiful place!

Review 26：Not clean enough. Cover the toilet was broken. There is no washing machine. only one Toilet and one shower for five guests. Very basic and old kitchen. The owner asked us extra 20 Euro which was not detailed anywhere, even at the time of booking I checked with respect to what I have to pay.

Review 29：The kitchen was not in the apartment, but not a big problem to walk to it, and no one else appeared to be using it while we stayed. The internet in the apartment did not work. Walking to the back patio, or common billiard room it worked great.
