Review 1：Smell of drains really bad. No bedding for sofa bed. No kettle. No instructions on how to contact other hotel which was a short walk away to discuss these concerns

Review 3：No clothes hooks or the lack of it in the toilet. VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

Review 4：The bed comforter. The many electrical sockets on the walls. The well equipped and spacious kitchenette.

Review 5：Hotel receptionist gave very poor directions I felt I was a nuisance going back 3 times. A map would have been helpful. I showed her the map on my iPad and she showed me the wrong street. I know this town very well having been at least 12 times and I still couldn't find the apartment. It's easy once you know! The sofa was so filthy and stained we didn't want to sit on it. The window curtain was in shreds and hanging off the rail. I found some curtain hooks and repaired it as much as I could, this is covering the door to the balcony which is off the bedroom. A new curtain is needed! The second shower in the small bathroom is tiny, too small to get in and turn around. There are no leaflets or advice sheets in the room, on our last day I found a room on the ground floor with a washing machine and dryer that I didn't know about. The tariff sheet on the door is from 2012, little out of date.

Review 6：Location good, very handy for supermarket and local bars and restaurants. The sea is literally less than a minute away. It is opposite the Tourist Information Office on a side street. The shower in the main bathroom is very good, large size and powerful water supply. The balcony is a good size, plenty of space. Small building with only 3 floors, there is a lift. Apartment is quite spacious. There is a microwave with various functions. We didn't really use the limited kitchen facilities except to make toast at breakfast as there are so many cafés and bars around. Plenty of clean towels were provided, more than enough for a week.

Review 7：No outside space you couldn't even see the sky from the windows. This ground floor apartment is fine if you are just passing through but if you are staying for any length of time it would feel as if you were living in a cave. Also there is no wifi.

Review 9：Would have liked a kettle! Apart from that kitchen facilities were fine for what we wanted as we ate out for lunch and evening meal.

Review 10：Staff at hotel were lovely and really helpful. Receptionist was excellent and the girls in the restaurant really looked after us. Location was excellent.

Review 20：Everything in our apartment was brand new - decor, appliances. Since there were only two of us, we had lots of space. Good selection of TV channels.

Review 21：There was no kettle left for us. The water system makes a dreadfulnoise. The fridge needed defrosting as the ice box was stuck shut.Depressing room with no colour, and the curtains had to be kept shut forprivacy else everyone on the street would be able to look in on us.
