Review 1：There was no kettle. There was no fridge. They charge for wifi when Iget it free in hotels that cost a fraction of the price. The plug liftdevice was not fixed. The decoration of the room was dated. There was noa/c or fan to cool the room. It was great that the weather was hotbut I could not sleep well because I was too hot.

Review 3：We choose Bansiner Hof because of the advertised in-room wifi, a modern sauna and "wellness" facility. We arrived to find out that wifi was only available in the lobby and the entire wellness area was closed because of an electrical issue. We appealed to two different front-desk attendants for some kind of compensation for the broken facilities, and both shirked us for the rest of the trip. Perhaps the worst part of the trip, directly after breakfast, I became violently ill and spent the remainder of our stay in and near the hotel's bathroom facilities instead of on the beach. The location would have been quite nice, but it was located a stone's throw from the beachside stage. To our dismay, the stage boasted karaoke-style and musical performances from noon til 11pm with a bass drum that shook our room and kept us from enjoying an afternoon nap or some semblance of relaxation on our trip.
