Review 1：We had a room with extra bed - very small. Some rooms (including ours) are located on the ground floor and have grated windows to the garage (no view and dark). Lack of maintenance: no batteries in TV remote control, shower cabin does not close completely. No wifi (in theory, it exists and you can even connect to the internet; in practice, you can only "use" the internet by 5-6 am, when others are sleeping).
Review 2：Garage is good. Location is adequate if you travel by car. The room was clean. The attached restaurant has a good value-for-money buffet. Good a/c (used for heating). Breakfast Ok. No noise.
Review 3："nice hotel " personel at the reception..was great..jennyfer..left side at the hotel they have easy to buy groceries name...ahoraa mas..then at back of hotel they have chinese restaurant..eat all u can... 30minutes from hotel going to madrid city by bus..its very easy..then after metro...i recomande this hotel..
Review 4：However, what started as a good experience has ended badly. First, I hada package of 5 days, which makes the price of the per day staying 33euros. In the last day before leaving, a friend of mine joined me andthey told me I had to pay an extra rate of 20€. but in the website theprice for two people was 44 €. I have mentioned this and suddenly theattendant changed the rate to 10€. The same day I went to the Hotel´srestaurant to have dinner (a buffet costing 10€ with all included) and Iordered a orange juice which was included on the price of the buffetaccording to the waitress. In the check out, there was a bill chargingme this orange juice. It´s a total disrespect to the costumer not makingthe conditions of what are you paying clear. It felt like they weretrying to rip me off. Especially because most of the staff couldn´tspeak spanish or english.

Review 6：Nice modern looking hotel but assume cheaply constructed as traffic noise was an issue. Staff struggled to speak any English. Gym facility was chargeable. Breakfast was adequate and coffee was good. Most disturbing was being chased out of the restaurant for taking some fruit for our journey by a particularly militant member of staff who again couldn't speak any English.
