Review 1：Did not had a coffee / tea facilities.
Review 2：The reception speaks no English almost at all. It is very hard to communicate anything to her. There is a long walk from the Offenbach station to the hotel. Sometimes at night, it raises my concern of safety walking alone the pathway.

Review 4：We are non smokers, but in the room there was a smell of the old cigarette smoke. The fridge in the room was so loud that we had to unplug it from the power.
Review 5：they don't take notice of fault in anything I've stayed there for 4 nights with my kidz toilets water was running it was very noisy coz of the fridge AC wasn't working bed sheet was not in good condetion..

Review 9：... They have promissed wifi, but only worked in the reception. Nosignal in the room. Also we couldnt get hot tea in the morning for our 2kids because they didn't bother to turn on the warmer on. The foodwas out of date too. When I went to reception to put the yogurt with theepired date written on, I complain about it and the rest of the things.The lady I spoke to didn't even apologiese, she looked at me andwent back to her desk to carry on watching some film on the computer.Absoluttely poor Quality of customer service, 50% of Staff doesnt speakEnglish too. Avoid this hotel.

Review 11：As soon as you enter in to Hotel there is heavy smoke although allpublic places in Germany must be smoke free. This is not acceptable.Hotel was way too expensive in respect to facilities. A simple room withshower should not be 200.00 Euro.
Review 12：Cigaret smoking/odor filled our rooms Should have a smoking area in a poorly ventilated hotel. No smoking policy recommended We left after a night and no refund of money was made. At least we also paid for breakfast which should also be refunded
