Review 1：The room was small and the beds were uncomfortable. Hot water takes a long time to heat up. Wifi is only available in the lobby.

Review 2：Great location and excellent staff. They were very helpful and accommodated our late check in. They helped with orienting us to the city.

Review 20：Superb location, just a 2-minute walk away from the beautiful Domplatz and some lovely restaurants. Also within walking distance from the train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
