Reviews for Hotel Zum Bären
Review 1:The room was small and the beds were uncomfortable. Hot water takes a long time to heat up. Wifi is only available in the lobby.
Review 2:Great location and excellent staff. They were very helpful and accommodated our late check in. They helped with orienting us to the city.
Review 3:Just a warning the water takes forever to heat up... but it will heat up, so be patient.
Review 4:Was very clean for its age, and quite cheap for the excellent central location. Nonetheless the overall feel is such that I would recommend only for a very short stay (or for such a long stay you "make the place your own").

Review 24:Clean, comfortable, good location for sightseeing, staff was very helpful, our room was quiet.

Review 26:The position was very good and the room comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast and service.
Review 27:I discovered as I was checking out that I had to pay my bill in cash. It would have been nice to have known that in advance as someone from abroad. It's not very fancy, which was not important to me, but may be important to others.
Review 28:The staff were friendly. I travelled off season, so they kept a minimal staff.
Review 29:Needed a bit more signage and information in the room . In particular, as we arrived after the check-in desk closed, it would have been good to know where breakfast was without having to go all the way down to ask.
