Review 1：4 star is a bit much comfy hotel but food a bit of a hit and miss. Basic products in the bathroom. Latin dancers didn't even connect with the clients it came across more as a chore than entertainment no smile no acknowledgement. Reception can get crowded as you have to pay for Internet in the rooms.

Review 7：I had been waiting for my jacket to be delivered to the hotel. Unfortunately the same receptionist who checked me out and took secure posession of my luggage so knew I was still on the premises told the person who came that I was not at that hotel. Not at all happy, in fact furious to return to the UK without a coat or jacket at 10.3pm. 4* hotel? Mini bar not stocked at all. You have to call or go to reception - who can be bothered

Review 8：I love the location. It was my second stay at the hotel and chosen because of it's close proximity to everything. I also felt very safe in the area.

Review 9：The booking discounted price was fair. I wouldn't pay £100 per day for that place, however for £60 was perfect, clean and very close to the beach!

Review 10：No Iron available for clothes. As someone who travels the world a lot from Ecuador to Singapore this is the only 4 star Hotel I've ever stayed in without such a basic item. All they could tell us was "take it to the laundry service" for what, to Iron a couple of items quickly before going out!!!!! Very poor indeed for a four star hotel not to provide such a basic everyday item. Coffee with the breakfast is really terrible. Poor show.

Review 12：Have been coming for many years but this may be our last visit to Torre del Mar. The hotel is better than many who claim to offer much more but deliver less. Good value for money and great buffet breakfast choice. I think the restaurant staff do a great job especially Anna :-) Free parking outside the hotel.

Review 17：We had a lot of difficulty finding it. We had a GPS in our iphone that we had used previously in Spain without any problems. It doesn't have the sign Nostrum, only NM.We visited in October when the season is low and there was no soap in the shower although the room was very clean. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The coffee machine was not working and so few things to choose from. You get a lot more anywhere else for 8 euros. We went the next day to Torre del Mar and for less money we had a better hotel with a fantastic breakfast. I am afraid that we will not use this hotel again.

Had to pay for someone to iron a shirt. Room smelled of smoke eventhough it was no smoking. For a 4 star hotel there was no fresh juice - breakfast was very basic. Very loud music outside by the pool at night. Had to ask twice for a travel cot to be put in the room eventhough we had requested one.

Review 74：Big Room with balcony. Stayed in twin room and beds were very big. We were in 306 and had a view of sea. Lots of free parking near hotel. Torre Del Mar is a nice and flat so good for disabled. We hired a car to make the most of our stay. Breakfast had a good chose of food. Hot and cold.
