Review 1：Hotel was very quiet while we were there but your could hear people using toilets in other rooms! I would imagine that noise from other rooms might be a problem when hotel is full.

Review 2：Friendly staff-who went out of their way to organise taxis for us, looked after our luggage after check-out and helped us with information on bus from airport prior to holiday.

Review 9：The hotel was perfectly situated, within 5 mins walk from the main train station and about 8 mins walk from the seafront. The local town was about 1 min away. Rooms very comfortable - staff pleasant although don't speak/understand English although were helpful if you had a query. Would definitely stay again :-)

Review 35：The staff were very unfriendly & unhelpful - I appreciate it is a very busy time & its a family run hotel however the attitude towards guests was very unpleasant - every question was treated with distaste (I speak a little Spanish, guests who did not were treated with even more contempt). Staff sent out a strong impression that they would much rather festival guests were not there - if so do not take the bookings.

Review 36：two of us stayed here for the FIB music festival, the location is perfect (20 mins walking distance to the festival & about 10 mins from the beach). The interior is clean, comfortable & modern.

Review 37：Could not get wifi in the room only in the lobby, toilet seat was broken and had duct tape that looked unclean. Towels and sheets could be cleaner. None of these would bother me had i payed less, but prices were up during fib festival.
