Review 1：There was a bit of a black art to opening the door with the key card. We thought it was broken, and trying to figure it out at 2.15 am on the first night wasn't fun. We did eventually get it to open, and every time thereafter, but it wasn't very intuitive.

Review 2：Location was excellent. Trying to find it in the middle of the night on arrival (without a satnav!) wasn't the easiest, but once there it was great. For the places we planned to get to it was very convenient. Helpful, multi-lingual staff. They couldn't do enough for you. Any problem or request, they were more than happy to help out. Excellent cleaning service. Separate, quiet adult pool. Lovely decor. Great coffee at the pool bar. Overall a lovely hotel and we would stay there again.

Review 7：Sound proofing not good between apartments on different levels. Pools were very cold in cooler weather. Kids club activities were a bit repetitive, however my son loved them!

Review 9：Ants! Despite being located on an upper floor we had ants in the appartment. After two interventions of the maintenance staff we've managed to limit them to a tolerable minimum, but the fight was quite annoying. In the room description on Booking.com a high chair was mentioned, yet when we arrived we were told that it is provided at an additional charge (4€/day). Only one small bar of soap available, which wasn't topped up throughout the stay, so better bring your own. In our room (5122) WiFi signal was weak and dissappearing quite often, so hard to use.

Review 10：The hotel is designed for families with children: high chairs in every bar/restaurant, special kids' menu, fantastic swimming pool with slides (attention: water quite cold), small pool for babies (with a bit warmer water). Plenty of long chairs, so despite the fact that many guests "reserve" their chairs with towels even before breakfast, you could always find a place to sit. Very tasty food in the pool bar (in our opinion much better than what was served in the main restaurant).

Review 11：With young children aged 8&6 it was a pain to have to reserve sunbeds earlier than 7am to be front row around the pool area, the lifeguards put signs out saying they would remove towels if people didn't return to their beds within 40 mins however this never happened - overall they could benefit from a larger pool area, plus replacing all the uncomfortable plastic sunbeds. They did extensively clean the floor around the pool every morning, but there was a real wasp issue - I feel they needed to empty the bins and collect glasses at a more regularly. I also feel they need additional staff as there was always a queue at the daytime and evening bars and you could easily wait 10 minutes to be served. The transfer time is one hour by private minibus, this wouldn't stop me returning, just a shame it couldn't be closer.

Review 12：Lunch time pool menu was superb (inc. fresh pizza, pasta, salad, grilled salmon & burgers etc) as well as the fabulous cocktail list. It is fantastic to receive branded drinks at a 4* all inclusive complex. Having a range of ice creams available throughout the day was also a real bonus. Rooms are comfortable and well equiped, it's great having a separate bedroom, whilst the child had a large sofa bed in the lounge area. Large range of activities for the children. Reasonable quality shows in the evening. 5 minutes walk from shops and beach was great. This is my 2nd stay at a Viva hotel and I would definitely return again.

Review 20：Fantastic big room with separate living room... Perfect for families...we travelled with our 8 mont old daughter who was too young for most of the entertainment for kids but loved that the buffet was designed with children in mind! Right down to the plastic, colourful plates and cutlery!! If you don't have children/want to escape the children, the adult only pool is lovely but you still can't escape the fact that this hotel is meant more for families with children!! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return again in the future!

Review 21：Mosquitos seemed to arrive overnight - 28th June, a large number of people were bitten, don't know what the hotel can do about this, stagnant water usually provides a breeding ground for these insects

Review 25：The tiling around the pool is very slippery to the point it's dangerous, the beach isn't as close as advertised. The hotel was rather busy when we were there and reserving beds with towels was allowed which was rather annoying, although the food there was ok it is just as cheap to eat out as it was very 'canteen like' and loud in the dinning hall - as expected when busy

Review 38：There are more interesting places and beaches around in Mallorca than Can Picafort. I would go to the same hotel again but not to Can Picafort. Gym is not with AC, which is a minus. Could also be a little bit better equipped.

Review 39：The hotel is great, food was excellent at the buffet. The pools are great, the garden is beautiful. It is great for a person who only wants to stay at the hotel, then it almost fantastic. For those who want to enjoy great beaches, the beaches around Cala d'Or are much much better.

Review 42：the only thing I could have a slight complaint with is some of the evening entertainment wasn't fantastic, but then again it's trying to appeal to multiple nationalities and ages. It was hit and miss, but I think that would be the same at any hotel.

Review 44：We found it expensive in comparison to other hotels we've been to (with better standard). We're a family of 7 (had 2 rooms) and wanted to eat "at home" together a few nights, but must say it was a squeeze to cook something decent in the small kitchen. The room only had three chairs (+3 on the balcony) and a tiny breakfast table. The rooms seem to be ideal for a family with 2 adults and 1-2 young child/ren.
