Review 1：Rooms facing the road are very noisy, due to traffic at all hours of the night. Wifi was slow Parking lot is small and cramped. Can be difficult to maneuver about, and/or risk if getting dented by others.

Review 3：The parking available was not meant for a large family car. The alley going back into the parking area is an old carriage size & we had to fold our mirrors in to fit. At one point someone parked behind us ( Not in a parking spot) we almost got blocked in and had a difficult time getting out. We also had another guest get very angry waiting on us to maneuver out. We ended up paying for parking in a garage just before you get to the hotel. Also for a four star hotel we were shocked by the basic or substandard rooms and décor. We did not even attempt breakfast because the cost. We walked to a local bakery. We saved E58. The Women working the desk Rolled her eyes as we discussed how we would split the payment of the rooms between our three families. No one else was waiting to check out and we had only just found out the payment methods they except. It was unprofessional and unnecessary.
Review 4：It was conveniently located to walk for food and shopping. It was a great place to rest right off a long flight from the states. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and chat before bedtime with our large family of 7.

Review 14：No room service. Uncomfortable and small pillows, although they were hypo-allergenic as requested. Quite expensive room rate and breakfast not included. No tea making facilities in the room. A bedside light wasn't working and this should have been checked daily by the staff.
Review 15：An all round reasonable stay. Not great but acceptable. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Not quite central enough to Frankfurt centre and not much to do in immediate area but for the price I'd stay there again.
Review 16：They put me in a room whose access corridor looked like a ghetto withall unwanted stuffs spread around...103 And 102, they should not puttheir guests in these rooms or they have to change the access corridorto these rooms , very very awkward
Review 17：very limited services for business traveller e.g. no room service, no iron available even at reception, taxi ordered via reception was 15 minutes late. Bed linen of poor quality - 'duvet' did not fit the bed and hardly large enough for 1 person

So dont be surprised if a lareg room is advertised and the actual room is half the size not even enough space to sit on teh desk without hitting the bed. I dont think thats appropriate and complained. Hotel was very complimentray and offered a better larger room.

Everything was alland long time not renewed :( Please, dont look on location, take anotherone, you will pay 6 Euro for Taxi, but have a very nice hotel (a knowwhat I tell now ;)). Abgesehen von schöne Bilder, die Zimmer war sehr-sehr klein, das war einfach unglaublich. Alles war dabei sehr alt undlange Zeit nicht mehr renoviert. Einziger Vorteil - Bahnhof, aber besser6 Euro für Taxi ausgeben und einen tollen Hotel finden (habe ich danachauch so gemacht). Nie wieder! больше никогда! ужасно маленькиекомнатушки!
