Review 1：Pool freezing but probably due to time of year. No vegetarian food choice in restaurant. They even cooked the eggs and sausages together so unable to have the eggs.

Review 2：Love the area. The hotel was very clean and rooms were well appointed. Entertainment pretty good. Staff very friendly.

Review 3：The bed was so hard it made sleeping very difficult . The breakfast although good quality and varied they were too slow at replacing cooked breakfast .

Review 4：The waiters and entertainment was very good. The cleaners were good and friendly polite. The meals were of good value and plenty of choice. The location had plenty of alternative restaurants within walking distance . I was pleased we had a mini kitchen with fridge kettle microwave and small sink.

Review 8：The dining room drink's billing system ,is not linked to the reception computer,therefore we were charge twice for wine,however it was sorted out ,eventually.

Review 13：Its' location is tranquil, The menu's are well thought out, and the food is excellent - with plenty of choice. The pool is ideal, close to the bar/café, it is a quiet and thoughtful hotel and has entertainment most nights and it is a hotel that plays it's part in the community of Cala Blanca. The beach is close by, good parking and the bus stop is but a short walk away. The hotel is easily accessed and there are plenty of good coastal walks to other resorts.

Review 14：The only downside was the massage in the spa was not good. I would definitely not recommend that.

Review 15：Great staff, very helpful. They go out of their way to meet your needs. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was as expected. Breakfast was decent. 2 minute walk from the pristine beach. Peaceful neighborhood.

Review 16：The only downside was the live entertainment in the terrace area below our bedroom, room 128, which did not finish until after 1145 p.m. We were in bed at 1000 p.m. and could not sleep or watch TV until the music had ended. We booked out after the fourth night of a ten night stay, because we could not take any more noisy nights.

Review 17：Nice, clean hotel with a good pool. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel shop manageress was very helpful and administered balm to soothe my wife's jellyfish sting, when the pharmacies were shut (no charge). The self service buffet did not change during our stay but was reasonable.

Review 52：Several issues made it that we didn't feel it was a 4-star hotel : - A fridge the size of a dwarf ant's hut - No TV channels in languages other than Spanish - Small and ill-designed bathroom ensuring drenched toilet paper at every shower - 1 towel for two people, 1 bathrobe for two people - Thin bedroom walls Wouldn't recommend it for young travellers, but for families yes.
