The Apartaments Embat is just steps from the beach in the resort of Ca’n Pastilla, Mallorca. The apartments are a 5-minute drive from Son Sant Joan Airport.
Guests at the Embat have a choice between apartments and studios, each with a terrace and some with sea views. All include a kitchen or kitchenette with a range of utensils.
They are fully heated and air conditioned. Apartments come with a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, and studios have a sofa bed. There is satellite TV and a bathroom.
Embat offers easy access to Cala Estància Beach and Platja de Palma. The Sant Antoni Nautical Club is also nearby.

Review 1：Lack of receptionist and no contact number in event of a problem. I thought I was going to have a sea view but all I got was a view of a building from the tiny balcony!
Review 2：The best thing was that is was right by a fantastic beach and fairly near to Palma! The studio flat was 95% clean but the cleaning staff were very helpful in the event of the missing reception staff!
Review 3：The master-bedroom could have had a queen size bed setup instead of two twins put together.
Review 4：Great location with free parking available. The view from the balcony is superb....overlooking the Bay Area, the sunset was beautiful!!! The balcony had beach chairs and a dining table so one can enjoy a meal with a perfect view. The place is maintained well, everything works, the beach is right outside the front door.
Review 5：There is no proper way to offload luggage since you are not allowed to stop in front of the door. So either you risk a fine or you have to carry the luggage all the way from the parking wich is at least a couple of 100 mts. The floor was not very clean. Hear, dust all over the place. I think perhaps our room wasn't used for some time and they didn't clean before our stay. Our 1 yr old daughter was crawling on the floor and was black in 5 minutes.

Review 7：I would have liked to have had a kettle in the apartment instead of boiling water in a pot,also an iron/board.
Review 8：I really enjoyed the location to all amenities and the small bay. Distance to the centre of town was 2 minutes and availability of local transport was more than I imagined.
Review 9：As on an earlier visit, the hob was ancient. Tricky to find. Some noise and smell from restaurants opposite.
Review 10：On this visit we stayed in one of the largest apartments on the top floor. It was spacious, re-furbished and with a huge balcony. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset. Free public parking by the quay to the north of the yacht club opposite. 500 m to the no. 15 bus into town - cheap and frequent. Semi-pedestrianised sea-front. Excellent value.
Review 11：There were old furnitures in the room and very, really very old electric kitchen. There were nothing to boil water. We tried to use air condition but it was so dusty and dirty that it was better to leave it as is.

Review 13：Last year we stayed next door, so we knew the location. We had a sea view apartment where we watched the sun setting every evening while having a tall drink. We would definitely stay again. Although it was the end of season, there were still plenty of places to eat and drink.

Review 19：It's a wonderful view, windows to the sea. It's near to the sea, airport, bus stop, supermarket, beach. Employees are helpful, kind, flexible.
Review 20：We only used this hotel as an overnight stopover as flight was in at 10 pm local time & hotel was convenient to the Airport about 8 mins drive so kids needed a bed. We travelled to the villa in Puerto Pollenca the following morning nice & refreshed. The area the hotel is situated is nice, we had a "Full Irish" that morning locals call it a "full English" ?? in a local restaurant on the small promenade overlooking the coast Nice Hotel Nice Area would recommend
Review 21：one bed apt are at the back of building are very small . They .have a very tiny balcony with no real view accept looking at backs of buildings.We were able to move to a seavew apt .later in the week. Much better and a lot more spacious . We were a group of 3, and we stayed for a week.

Review 23：quiet location, but very cheap 1euro regular buses to palma and l'arenal, so easy and cheap to noise if wanted, plenty of good value restaurants easy walking distance.Due to cheap price don't cook in room (limited facilitys) eat out its a holiday. Staff helped with my motorcycle parking, a big thank you.

Review 25：Location on seafront, friendly staff, clean accommodation. bus stop near by you can jump on number 15 bus and go all the way to Palma for 1.50 euro's. The cab journey from the airport is only 15 euro's.

Review 27：Lovely apartments, clean, large rooms, no hassle. The reception isn't manned all the time but there is always someone in the arcade next door if you need something, left at 5.30am and someone was up to see us out, staff friendly and helpful. Great as a base and you can't fault the location. Air Con is good, lovely view off the balcony, not much kitchen equipment, no kettle, but who cooks?? Second visit here and will def use again one day
Review 28：There are bottles that collect the condensation from the air con on every balcony, I think the cleaners were supposed to empty these but never did which wasn't a problem for our own as we didn't mind doing it but the two balconys above us decided not to which meant a constant drip of water on our balcony that created a massive puddle of water. Bit annoying! No light on the balconys at the back of the building.

Review 41：Wonderful helpful, friendly staff; Fantastic location-quite literally across the road from the beach. I had a studio apartment for a week in beautiful C'An Pastilla. The self-catering equipment is very basic (boil water for your drinks in a pan or microwave it) I had no problem with this, but some might. You will need to take/buy your own cloths,wash-up liquid, etc.

Review 50：Paying the extra for a sea view is more than worth it. Staff were very helpful when asked a question. We would def stay here again. Lovely resort. Cost €15 in a taxi from Airport. My children loved to see the planes coming down to land and the noise was not noticeable at all. We went in April so was fairly quiet but still plenty of places to eat. Would recommend!

Review 57：Spent Christmas and New Year at the Embat and will use again. Basic accommodation on the sea front. Handy for trips into Palma. Rooms vary in size and aspect. Sea view with balcony rooms to front are better if you like all day sun but suspect could be noisy in high season. Kitchen facilities are limited. Some kettles and toasters are available but you have to ask for them. Staff very helpful The rating of Good 2* is about right.

Review 60：Cooking facilities were poor for self catering, there wasn't an oven or grill, just 2 hotplates. No kettle either, we had to boil a pan for a cuppa. We had to ask cleaning staff to change our towels after 3 days as they hadn't been to the room to change them.

Review 65：The location was excellent. Dont buy next door as far as groceries goes , too expensive. Walk to the town a few meters and buy at grocery store. A great place as a start point to travel to different parts of the Island. We rented a car at the airport. It was super easy. We loved the Island. A real paradise.
Review 66：My fourth stay at the Embat but first with my wife! She was as impressed with the size of the apartment and the view from the balcony as I was on my first stay. All my previous reviews still apply but the addition of WiFi access in all rooms would be a great enhancement.
Review 67：Being in the back room.hated it overlooking people appartments There washing and generally overlooking the appartments . couldn't sit on the balcony.so felt squashed in.room very small.i would definitely recommend up grading to sea veiw which I will do next time. No firealarms in the rooms.also made me feel uneasy it is like a maze,could do with emergency numbers ect.or night reception

Other slightly cheaper apartments I have stayed in have a washing machine and it was very small with a very poor view from window. 90% of view blocked by another apartment block very close where people could see you and you could see them. I have to judge just on our room and others may well have been bigger with a better view but our room just wasn't up to much at all.

Review 75：There was no water boiler of any kind in the room. The wifi was only available at the reception which was not big and had only a few chairs.
Review 76：Our room was comfortable, the location was good, walking distance from a bus stop to and from airport. There were nice beaches, restaurants and car/bike rentals just next to the building, however if you want to go to Palma, it was about 40min by bike. The room was being cleaned daily, which I was not expecting from the apartment for rent. There were glasses and plates, a microwave and a cooking plate available. We had two separate beds which were quite large and comfortable, maybe an extra pillow would make it even better.
