La vista is a 200-year old Andalusian house set within walking distance from local bars, shops and restaurants. Sierra de Alhama, Tejeda y Almijara Nature Reserve is within a short walk away. There, guests can find various hiking and biking trails.
All rooms are individually decorated and have an en suite bathroom with shower and a fan. Bed linen and towels are included. Homemade meals are offered.

Review 1：Matt our host was really nice. The room was small but pretty in a typical house. The breakfast was on the top of the house with a nice view on the city.. We recommend La Vista !!
Review 2：The sevilla room is quite noisy, after 2 nights we switched to the cordoba room for the remaining 3 nights and that one was much better! :)

Review 5：Bo and Peter gave us a wonderful welcome, even though we arrived very late. They were friendly, helpful and delightful - we got lots of recommendations from them during our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and airy with the two windows - even though we arrived at the end of the heatwave, the fan cooled room was very comfortable. The entire property with all its terraces was fantastic, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and it was lovely to enjoy views of the village whilst enjoying it. The power shower was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Review 7：It's not really a hotel, you are actually staying at someone's place. The owners are a lovely couple, very friendly and extemely helpful. The village is nice, but it's very easy to get lost :)
Review 8：La Vista is a wonderfully located B and B in the upper pert of Competa town, near to Plaza del Carmen. Our hosts, Matt and Nathalie, we're incredibly kind and helpful, giving us excellent recommendations for places to eat and serving delicious breakfasts of cheese, cold meats, tomatoes, fruit, bread and yoghurt each morning. There are a number of terraces in the property, which are charming and the small pool on the top roof terrace is wonderful for a dip after a day sightseeing. In the evening, you can lie up there and look at the stars. Altogether a super stay and we have no hesitation in recommending this place wholeheartedly.
Review 9：would have liked advance warning of where to park the car (and hence set GPS) plus an indication of how far needed to carry luggage. Narrow doors when only half open are difficult for a large person to enter

Review 11：The BnB is quiet and beautifully decorated, in a traditional Andalusian house. Mats and Natalie were friendly, welcoming and happy to help with information and advice on the local area. The BnB has 4 rooms which were all full throughout our stay but we never felt overcrowded and we met some really nice people. The atmosphere is very relaxed and you can take your pick from all the terraces for a bit of quiet time or you can use the B&B as a base for exploring the area. All in all a great stay, very good value for money and we'd definitely go back or recommend to others.

Review 20：Lovely peaceful stay in the mountains. Village bars and restaurants to enjoy evening meals with local wines. Breakfast taken in the morning sunshine on roof terrace, overlooking the valley and distant coast. Take a dip in the rooftop "Pool with a view". Will return very soon.
Review 21：Lacking a few basics - like somewhere to put your clothes, and a plug in the washbasin! Also, as my room looked directly into the street, I had to keep the shutter closed a lot of the time so it was quite dark - wouldnt have mattered for a night or two but a bit depressing for a whole week! And there was a lot of noise in the early morning - motorbikes, building work etc - very jarring at 6.30am!
