Review 2：The place is very relaxing and clean. The staff are very polite, friendly and welcoming. The food is great. I would definitely repeat my experience.

Review 3：Food becomes the same after few days. Swimming pool is cold (october/november visit). Italians can never be quiet. One of the receptionists does not speak/understand english very well.

Review 4：Second year here and its the best holiday considering price/quality which I was able to find during my 5 years visiting Egypt. Hope to come next year again! Staff is very helpful, rooms are clean, food is good (above egyptian standards). Egyptians are not annoying.

Review 5：Receptionist is not professional. Impossible to get a receipt for the payment. We booked a sea view room and requested for double bed, they gave us a pool view twin room, and we asked to change the room we booked and they finally gave us side sea view double room. We have one of the interconnecting room with a door connecting next room, and we can hear the people talking and kid crying so clearly. Wines are bad. The bars give very small plastic cup for beer, so we have to get more cups for adequate amount which is not convenient. It is difficult to enjoy the drink by the beach or pool as it is too small cup and you have to walk to the bar and refill your drink often. Broken glasses in the room should be replaced. Sheet and pillow covers with fuzz balls, towels with stink should be replaced too.

Review 6：Peaceful location right at the beach with beautiful carols and shallow water, very clear water, big wave is stopped by the cliff further so the water is quite calm, which is perfect for snorkeling. The private beach is not blocked from public area that make it looks wide and beautiful, it is what I like. Please bring a watersport shoes as you have to walk pass rocks into the water. Another point we like it is mid-sized resort with not to many customers, and it divided into small individual buildings with 8 rooms which is not crowded. Whole area is not crowded and quiet. The room is spacious and clean. So comfortable. Rooms with either sea or pool view are both beautiful. Staff at the bars, restaurants, the beach ground are very nice. The food is good, with enough choices but don't expect it is like a buffet in five stars hotel. We are satisfied for the value.

Review 7：Worst experience from all the places i have visited. Staff was unfriendly and rude,from bar tender to front desk.Charged me 20 EGP for small bottle of drinking water. No drinking water in rooms and tap water dirty. Asked for sandwiches after checking in late,was charged 40 EGP for dry bread roll with some cheese and cold meat on. Left my key card on bar counter and when i went back it was gone.Had to pay 45 EGP for another card. The other one will definitely be handed in by someone.

Review 9：I liked that resort was in very quiet area and no road noise . The rooms are very spacious and even though mine was opposite pool bar once door was closed noise minimum. Manager and staff are brilliant and very considerate to your requirements . Will go back for second visit

Review 10：Reception was inept. Took 30mins. Difficult to get receipt, though I paid cash. Worried they will charge my card. Smoking inside all reception areas and cafe. Sheets bobbly and mattress bit lumpy.

Review 12：Hotel is filled with loud and annoying Italians. These people can nevertalk quiet but this is not a problem of the hotel but of Italiansrecklessness. The adjacent diving center is totally useless. Rather takea 15 min walk north to the Marsa Nakari diving village.

Review 28：The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have been trained to be service minded. It is a peaceful and quiet place to stay. We did not even hear our neighbor's room noise. We liked the separate housing units which made it seem more like an apartment than a hotel.
