Review 1：The hotel rooms are old and tatty, and are not well maintained. The corridors were noisy. Most annoyingly there were no irons, so we had to use their ironing service.

Review 3：Walls are very thin. Could hear everything, I mean everything in the next room. Two single beds pushed together - as a double? Beds were very hard. No tea/coffee machine in room. No iron in room. Food - left much to be desired. Senior bar staff very rude.

Review 5：The evening entertainment was awful. We stayed a few years ago and it has not improved. There are only three lifts and during restaurant times you have to wait quite a while. There are stairs but it is hard on your legs especially if you are on a higher floor.

Review 15：I went with a group of friends for the Benicassim festival. It was a very basic hotel but was exactly what we were expecting and was perfect for what we needed. Within walking distance to the festival and close to the town/ beaches. Nice pool and bar. There was a good selection at breakfast however the quality of food was quite basic. Staff were lovely and very accommodating and friendly. It was an expensive stay but I assume prices were increased due to the festival.

Review 19：Stayed here for Benicassim festival. Location spot on, our balcony had views of the main stage. Atmosphere round the pool was top, with the majority of people being festival goers. Having stayed at other places during the festival, would definately go back and would recommend to others.

Review 20：The hotel was rated as four stars which was definitely not the case given the standard of the rooms, clean but very basic. The options for food around the pool was poor and they couldn't even manage to do chips right. Nobody at the bar could speak English so ordering was tricky.

Cleaning lady insisted she clean our room in the rudist way possible even though we were there less then 24hrs and didn't need it cleaned. Came home one night to blood on the lift button. Another night i'd misplaced my key , and i went reception to get it replaced i was first angerly told no , i wasn't getting one. Then he realised he was looking at the wrong room . Never apologised but proceeded to scold me before eventually giving me a key. I understand the hotel is extremely busy during festival time but i can safely say if i ever go back yo fib, i will booking an apartment instead

Review 33：For the FiB festival, you couldn't ask for a better location, with great facilities to stay in hotel during the day if wanted but also a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. I would definitely make a return visit.

In the webpage they didnt say we had to pay for the gym but we were told we had to pay it if we wanted to use it. The night entertainment was only for old people. In the room there is no rubbish bin but the tiny one in the bathroom, which shocked us a little.

Lap pool was in health club (extra 5 euros) and water didn't look clean as it was super cloudy. Bed linen not fresh. Limited TV channels. Bar was old and smelly.

Review 77：This is a hotel for large groups. Don't expect 4 star experience as this is pretty outdated. B'fast far from a 4* hotel level. Pool rules were not followed making the pool unusable for most of the quests.

I paid over 800 euros for the hotel, 60 on dry cleaning, 200 on food and drinks and still they would not refund me 2 days of accomodation. the air conditioning was pretty ordibairy as well.

Review 121：I was surprised that this hotel is rated as 4 stars - it's not in my book. The room was big enough but lacked mirror, the furniture was old and tired - from the 70's? - but not funky old... The AC was an old thing standing in a corner. It had to be operated by knobs, you could not set it for a fixed temperature, it was just "cold at high speed/noise" or "cold at low speed/a bit lower noise". The pillows were horrid, uncomfortable and 130 cm's long... It also took the cleaning ladies a couple of minutes just to change the covers on them. The bathroom was ok but had seen better days. The shower head could not be lowered, and more or less spanked your body, the shower curtain rod hung askew. The amenities were the cheepest possible, delivered in small disposable bags. I can't begin to understand why there was no trash can in the room - only one in the bathroom. The sun chairs were extremely uncomfortable and the backs could not be adjusted, if you wanted to sit up and read a book for instance you had to sit in a chair. So the hotel was ok for a Fib stay, but if I would have booked this for a 4 star beach getaway I would have been deeply disappointed.

Review 122：I was here for Fib 2013 - last year we stayed in Oropesa del Mar, and it was a nightmare - this was not! The walking distance from Fib was 1.5 km which was great. We also had half pension and were surprised at the food - it was very good. Big beds. Also the pool area was nice and big with trees that created shadow. We didn't really have too much contact with front desk - they seemed friendly enough and spoke English. The cleaning ladies were very cheerful! Big parking that was free.

This made for high decibel soialising among them and was too overpowering for us on just an overnight. Would not use there again but would just warn others what to expect
