Review 1：i was told that lift is not working,so i had to climb 5 story,3 to 4 times a day. tv do not work,i was told that only 4 or 5 chennel can work

Review 9：The bathroom was recently refurbished and very nice. Only a 10 minute walk to the S bahn which went to the city centre and directly to the airport.

Review 10：this is not a hotel. after 10 pm you can not find any one from reception. there is no park place and internet at the hotel. the rooms are not comfortable.

Review 11：The room was sunny, cheerful & clean. Although my bed was right next to the elevator I did not hear it. Floor boards squeaked in places which made me smile. The dining room was tastefully appointed and we had a nice selection of food to choose from for breakfast.

From the Hotel to the best part of the city –Market area- is only 8 minutes walking time. This place for this price is very good. Parking is available beside the Hotel for Euro 7.00 a day. Wi-Fi at the room on request..

Review 13：Extremely hot in the room, with no air condition. Not suitable for hot summer days. Windows had to keep open due to high temperature, but was so noisy at the street, so hrdly could sleep.

Review 16：The receptionist, who received me on arrival,seemed like I was a huge bother to her. She didn't try to be friendly even a bit or at least smile. Worst experience in a Hotel ever. I only speak a little German but she didn't care whether I understood her or not.

Review 68：staff was not very helpful. English is poor Internet is not for free and is not even working on the third floor, although 2 rooters were present. "go to the lobby if you need internet" was the answer, I guess they don't understand the purpose of free wifi in the room. Parking is, off course, also charged, but you can only reach your car after 6h30! Very nice if you have to leave before 6h00. "You'll have to wait" said the voice at the other end of the line. Wooden floors with crunchy noise, always fun if you need a sleep. Just like the curtains, which are too small for the windows and too light to keep the light out. Excellent choise for short nights.
