Review 1：Excellent suite with beautiful view, very kind staff, beautiful hotel restaurant swimming pool sauna etc etc, very close to beach (5 minutes walk). I'll be back for sure

Review 2：Hotel in general was good but what was very dissapointing wes the refurb had clearly been rushed and rooms suffered from excessive noise from the plumbing sytems that led to be complaining 4 times due to water leaking throguh the ceiling and unable to sleep for four nights with and no real acknowledgedment from managment.

Review 3：The clealiness of the hotel and facilities were very good. Especially the sky bar. Staff were attentive and the all inclusive system good.

Review 22：Only two drinks per person, in flimsy disp plastic. 3In our family,had to q twice to get us a drink. Had to wait up to 12 minutes to getthe lift,normal wait for lift 5-8 minutes. Safe in room,but nolock,this cost 16 euros for 5 nights! Could not have fan on in theroom at night as it made a loud clicking noise. Returned to the roomon two occasions after cleaning to find the door was not closedproperly. As I leant on the door it opened (room 406) Parking, 12places for what must be a 399 room hotel, needless to say I had topark upto 1/2 km away with a 3 yr old.

Review 24：Only having plastic cups for drinks (you get glasses for about an hour at 8pm Zoo feeling children running round everywere Food was ok you wouldn't go Hungry but hotel would benefit from varying it and possibly doing a themed evening twice a week Hotel needs updating and a bit of money spending on it especially the plastic chairs and very very uncomfy sunbirds you have to buy a LILO to put on top

Review 30：I hated the pool area. It was far too busy. I thought it was too slippery and dangerous. I also thought the pool never looked clean. It was dirty around the step areas where you get in and out of the pool and very unhygienic.

Review 31：I took 2 boys ages 11 and 12 and they loved it. They played football, tennis, etc The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice. You did not have to wait long to get a drink etc/

Dont liked that need use plastic glasses for brilliant coctails :( Coffee for breakfast was terrible, chance get nice coffee only in bar area from 10.00 morning. Lifts was very busy. Range of food was poor, every day the same food. Breakfast pastry not good - only some biscuits. Fruits not enough for everybody.

Review 33：Nice place close to beach, brilliant facilities 11 floor view amazing Bar open till 12.00 Evening shows excellent, they speaking in 7 languages, we are there second time and its fantastic that they remember us. Can Picafort nice city, nice beaches, shows, restaurants,pubs. Near the Can Picafort nice city Port De Alcudia, around 10 min drive by bus. Pools clean, around hotel nice green area with some kids activities. very close to hotel two small shops. parking for some cars. Rooms and towels clean and change every day. Hotel good, we are recommend.

Review 34：Food was a disgrace! Did not cater for children in the least, adultscould find something to eat at a push. Had to eat out everyday! And whenwe dud go to the dinning room there were never enough tables had to waitor clear a table of dirty dishes yourself. Lift well there would beaswell being none the foreigners grab them and dont allow you to get inalongside them and if you are in the 10th floor god help you. Our roomwas over run with ants (3rd floor) and no help from reception. Do notbook this hotel if you want a decent holiday

Review 50：I was not happy to find no hair-dryer and when I hired one fromreception at a cost I found that there was no plug in a usableposition. Also no shampoo, lotions or tissues. I have never stayed at ahotel and not found these as basic room items. The lifts were over runby unruly children and guests had to wait a very long time for a liftto arrive down/up. Certainly my room and bathroom 512 needs updating. Iwould not opt for Tonga again but for those who don't mind roughing itthen its ok. Congrats to the chef and entertainers though shame aboutthe other things.

Review 51：Although I didnt have children with me I thought the facilities for themwere really good. Also the entertainment was excellent. Good choice offood and served hot which is not the usual in many hotels.

Review 52：The gardens were extensive but sunbathers were packed like sardines. Thepools were also overcrowded. Drinks were served in small plastic glassesand limited to two per person per visit. This resulted in perpetualqueuing. The bar staff were disinterested and unhelpful ad were thereception desk. The restaurant staff were a little more helpfull. Ourtwo rooms flooded when we had showers which were always freezing cold.The lifts were not sufficient for a hotel of the size of the Tonga, sowe always used the stairs. We ordered a picnic one day which containedpre packed sandwiches that were unpleasant. They seemed to be cuttingcorners on as much as they could get away with.

Review 53：The pools were a good size and clean. The sports facilities were goodand the activities on offer were well organised. The hotels location wasgood for bars/restaurants and the lovely beach of Ca'n Picafort.

Review 58：The hotel was awful! I would never recommend this hotel to anybody! Itlooks nothing like the pictures on the hotel website! The room which westayed overpowered us with the stench of smoke! We had to leave thebalcony door open all the time to try to get rid of the smell! Thebathroom and towels also held this stench!The hotel didn't even have our booking when we arrived! We ended up booking the next flight out of there to another town and other accommodation so we only stayed for one night out of the 8 we were supposed to stay. We felt like we were in a scene of Benidorm! An absolutely awful experience!

Review 59：We didn't like queuing for the lifts, only 4 lifts, not enough for a big hotel like Club Hotel Tonga.. Terrible welcome from the reception staff.. Dining area was always too busy, queuing for food and also drinks in outside bar ...
