Review 1：Well furnished, adequately sized room with high standards of maintenance and cleanliness. Lovely large balcony. Some aircraft noise when outside but did not notice it in the room and it certainly did not disturb our sleep. Nice breakfast in nice surroundings.

Review 2：Had a sandwich in the bar it was dry bread with ham cheese and nacho's. It should have had some salad or Mayo with it as very dry. I had a meal and asked for white wine and was given a bottle not a glass. I said no a glass and she said no it needed to be a bottle.

Review 3：I stayed on route to the airport so location was perfect. The room was upgraded to a junior suite and so modern and spacious. I was impressed how quiet it was being so close to the airport.

Review 4：The room was compact living with very little space for the suitcases. It would have been nice if the beds had stayed together if a couple wants to sleep together. The piping in the zink in the bathroom made a loud noise long after using it every time. The dinner buffet was ok but boring. Most of the staff seemed bored

Review 5：The beds were very comfortable to sleep in, and the breakfast buffé was superb. We appreciated the spa a lot, even though it was difficult to get the staff to get the steam sauna started. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly.

Review 16：When we arrived, neither safe box (that we had to pay extra for), air conditioning or telephone worked in the room. A relative was in the reception area so I called her and they sent someone to fix air con and safe box, telephone was broken during the entire stay. No cleaning under the beds, heaps of dust there but otherwise very good.

Review 21：The hotel was so close to the C`an Pastilla Beach that you may either choose the small bay just near the hotel or the larger beach after 10 minutes on foot. Breakfast had so many species that I liked it too much. Although my wife is so selective, we found many dishes that we liked in the breakfast and in the dinner with a fair fixed price. Transport from airport to the otel was so easy and you do not need to think about noise due to the planes, rooms are so quite. Staff were so nice and friendly.

The staff are excellent and friendly without being gushing. The location, just a few steps from the beach is very good, and the hotel itself is wonderful, clean and very well equipped. I didn't use the spa but it looked very appealing.

The location was good, as it was a good central location to all the other places we visited on the island. The town of Can Pastilla itself was not our favorite, but it was a good starting off point to all the other places we visited. The front desk personnel was incredible. Very friendly and helpful! Wifi in the room worked very well.

Review 55：The air conditoning was extremely lousy. We were there on May and it was not effective enough. I would never go to this hotel on the hottest summer months! The nights were sweaty even if the AC was on the coolest setting. Just terrible, we could not sleep very well beacuse of that! The bar staff was not very polite.

Review 66：Didn't realize how good we had it walking and biking along the beach towards Palma. One day we went in the opposite direction and discovered the German party scene. So glad Palma Stay is in a nice area far from the Arsenal party beach.

Honestly in all my time travelling i have never met such rude uninterested people & whatever you do make sure upon eating wipe your hands on a napkin & not the table cloth because if they catch you, the response is met with irriperable damage (the language used spanish so who knows what she really said!!) use a napkin or suffer the consequences!!!

We left in the evening and added a late checkout to our room, but there is also a shower room etc. for people that want to hang out for the day before heading to the airport, a very nice touch!

Review 82：We booked a double room for me and my partner and a single room for my mum. Location of the hotel was very close to the airport, very convenient as we were only on a short break. Staff was friendly and helpful and choice of food for breakfast and dinner was very good. The best feature of the hotel is their spa and Jacuzzi included in the price. I would 100% recommend this hotel, we are planning to go back again next year and my partner is going to show the brochure to his parents.

Review 83：The only downside was the continuous dance music played by the pool, which was not loud but very irritating. (a bit like sitting next to a person with headphones on and hearing the tch tch tch noise constantly in your ear!!) The patrons of this hotel really didnt appear to be dance music types!!!

Review 118：Wi-Fi was a big turn off which was actually the reason why we select the hotel.. A new hotel with 90's look ? Had to fight for a sun-bench each morning. Review 130：Despite the hotel policy prohibiting the 'reserving' of pool loungers the pool area was rarely free from towels left. This would have bothered us more if we were a couple that particularly enjoyed sunbathing. Consequently however we never once sat around pool area despite it being rather nice.

What would you do if guests have to work on the distance or for other reasons have to be connected and your wifi is not working. Roaming is very expensive and is the only option when you don´t live up to what you have promised.
