Reviews for Moon Resort Marsa Alam

Review 1:Food&Beverage staff are rude and have no hospitality. Food quality sucks. Overall cleanliness is very poor, towels smell very bad, flies are everywhere even on the food inside the salad bar.

Review 2:Water in the shower smelt of diesel for the whole trip All inclusive food was poor but passable, all inclusive beer tasted like earwax. Serious lack of bar staff both day and night.

Review 3:Diving and snorkling excelent. Location is good, just a couple of minutes drive from Marsa Alam town and around 45 minutes from the airport.

Review 4:Not having bottled water in my room daily. Room wasn't cleaned to ahigh enough standard. No a/c in the Lobby, Lobby Bar or Dining Room.To get to the beach you have to cross a road. Power cuts. Watershortages. Trying to charge me for a 'No-Show' when I stayed asper my reservation!! Will not be staying again - terrible!

Review 5:The local beer (Stella)

Review 6:-The buffet was very poor, they said the breakfast is till 10am and i went at 9:30 and the items were empty or removed, no coffee, no bread! - The staff harassed us as they kept checking where me and my friends are, as we were males and females and kept telling us that we can not visit each other and called up the phone every hour to check where we are which was very insulting. - The AC was not working and i told them we need to change the room, they did not want to as they said they will do it the next day, until i insisted that i will not stay with them. - You actually have to physically cross the street to be on the beach, it should have been mentioned in the hotel description as i would not like to cross the street wearing my bathing suit.
