Review 1：I do not like paying for rooms safes as I believe the Hotel have a duty of security to their guests. The entertainment was of a poor standard and not well received.

Review 25：I booked a birthday cake 3 weeks in advance and it was all confirmed for me to pick up before midnight however they mixed the date up and it caused much distress between me and my partner. The staffs' English are not great and non of the bar man could speak English. They did try to make it up with a free cheesecake which was good but we was already leaving that day and when we wanted to take it away the kitchen they did not have any boxes for taking it away. As a 4 star hotel I expected a toothbrush and toothpaste but it was not the case. For the price i paid as it was booked early it was ok. But I was very annoyed with the birthday arrangement.

Review 27：Extra charge for internet in your room but free in lobby so lobby always full of people sitting around on their devices. Two single beds pushed together with double sheets over them is not a double bed.

Review 30：Location is excellent - 10 mins max bus ride (3 euros) from airport and bus stop is right outside hotel. Staff are really, really friendly and efficient and try to sort any problem or query you may have. Breakfast brilliant - includes cava! - and pool and spa great. Cannot recommend highly enough - sort the wifi and it'd be perfect 10.

Review 43：What an absolutely fantastic hotel. This was our second visit and although it was fantastic the first time, the second visit was even better, if that's possible. The staff are just so helpful and always seem pleased to see each of the guests as they pass through reception. Our room was better than we could have wished for and now holds very special memories as my partner proposed to me on our private terrace.

Review 51：Not hotel's fault but £18 from the airport in the taxi is slightly excessive. Didn't expect this from airport located hotel. Apparently buses don't go after midnight so had not choice. This one night stay cost almost £40 in taxi fares.

Very well furnished, good entertainment at night and lovely pool area. It's also very close to airport (5 min drive) but all rooms face the sea/pool, so nice and quiet.

Review 70：wifi was poor, even when paid for but managed. It's not especially important but good to keep in touch and up to date when keeping costs down. struggle to find anything to really complain about.

Review 72：Requested quiet room non smoking. We ended up next to a party of 4 on their balcony talking loudly and smoking while we were trying to sleep. Central air conditioning was turned off until April 20 even though it was over 80° in Palma that day so we had to open balcony door to stay cool. Smoke, noise, could have been alleviated if the air conditioning could have been turned on. The staff said there was nothing they could do about it.

In the room without seaview, we had even a little bit of sea view - in general all rooms are facing to the same side but only rooms on higher floors have full sea view. Good location close to the airport and near to the beach, very comfortable for last night on Maloorca before morning flight.

Review 101：queue to cut bread in the morning.Even though paying a deposit of 10.00 each for towels, on check out and returning towels we would not have got our money back if we didnt have receipt for deposit paid. (THEY HAVE A DUPLICATE COPY AS IS TORN OUT OF BOOK). Safe should be free.

Review 103：In our opinion the principal thing in a hotel is a very good night of sleep, which never happened by the very poor quality of the mattresses, so the rooms, can be beautiful on the hotel pictures, but are not worth the money paid. Also on the first night the air conditioning made a lot of noise, a situation that was resolved the next day, but I think not definitely, because it was working very slowly, clearly insufficient for cooling the room during the day. The rooms are a bit small and the bathroom too. The meals are nothing special and low in variety. Full payment of stay on arrival without having yet had the opportunity to evaluate the quality of the hotel. The beach near the hotel have sometimes an unpleasant smell of mud, perhaps because is near of the Can Pastille port, but off Corse this is not a responsibility of the hotel. Internet paid.

Review 104：Location, the bus stop 15,23 and 25 who goes to the center of Palma (1,50 € each way), are just in front to the hotel as well as the 21 that comes and goes to the airport (3,00 € each way). (Unfortunately the hotel does not sell the card bus with 10 trips which could reduce the cost of the transportation to the Palma de Maiorca city center to € 1.00 each way.) Lobby, restaurant and lounge with a modern and comfortable decor.

Review 105：The food choices from day to day had very little variety but the food was very good so it wasn't to much of a problem. Breakfast and dinner time was a little hectic with being so busy. The only other two very small down falls is having to pay for internet and also having to pay for the key to use the safe in your room. Other than that this was a fantastic place to stay! Would definitely go back.

I had a room only accommodation so i did not use the restaurant. there were plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Review 123：I'm aware that can pastilla is typically popular with German tourists but I feel that all that would have needed to be done to cater for British tourists would be a few tv channels that we could watch in the room. I didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. The bar staff were a mixed bag; some were helpful and efficient whilst others made you wait for ages while they tidied up or were just very rude and unfriendly. It was also difficult to get served a drink at certain times of the day, especially at 5 pm when shifts changed and when the only batman was taking fruit round the guests for half an hour. Despite these minor issues, I can honestly say that the hotel had great facilities. I used the gym and indoor pool/hot tub every day. Everything is recently decorated and is modern and minimalist. The pool area has sunbeds and 4 poster beds in a shallow pool of water. There are also upper terraces as well as lovely cushioned seating areas for drinks/food. A pizza was 6 euros and was lovely. For a 10 euro deposit for the week you get a hotel towel which can be swapped for a clean one every day. For the kids there's a pool table and computer game. We only stayed in once for the entertainment which wasn't great (ABBA tribute). Wi fi is 20€ a week/11€ for 3 days which is very reasonable although this is per device. Last year I stayed at the El CID which has the same rating but I can say that the hotel java is far better quality and much better value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

Review 124：Dinner could be better. Luke warm soup and disappointing salads. Really no complaints though as you would never get a good hotel for this price in the UK.
