Review 1：A good family hotel but too noisy for us. New year's eve dinner spoilt by 3 couples with 6 children screaming and badly behaved we had no where else to sit so had to put up with it. The bath was badly damaged and just painted over.

Review 2：Friendly and helpful staff. Food pretty good and parking good. Would consider staying again in term time.

Review 5：We came for the festival and with the much higher rate it would have been nice to have wifi, a breakfast buffet which was filling up faster (in particular eggs) and a staff that took care when people were in the pool with cigarettes and alcohol.

Review 11：Not as close to the festival as I thought. It was about a 30 minute walk to the entrance but the hotel called a taxi for us. Price higher than usual due to festival being on.

Review 12：Lovely pool area, great range at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were quiet and dark enough to sleep after visiting the festival and the communal areas were relaxing too.

Review 14：Great location- 1 minute walk to beach. Was going to benicassim festival and had read reviews saying location was 15 minute walk to site. This is true but then it's another 15 minute walk to entrance! However would stay again as great hotel and a half hour walk is better than waiting in the huge queues for taxis/ buses. Great shaded pool, good breakfast, good rooms.

Review 15：The only two things I would suggest are more sockets in the room and tea/coffee making facilities.

Review 16：We came for the FIB festival and it was a great location for the festival and beaches. Was quite expensive but that's to be expected at a busy time.

Review 41：Room 108 immediately above kitchen extracting unit. Constant noise. Also beside cleaning staff equipment room. Both security locks fitted to glass door to balcony we're broken. Very small bathroom. Did not sleep for three nights. Will never use Inter hotels again. Beware room 108 a totally bad experience. I will be emailing bookings.com with full details and questions. Hotel only a third full so why this room. Not much respect for their clients.

Spacious and well equiped room although the mini bar just consisted of 2 each of still water & coca cola!. Review 46：l think you should put pads on the bottom of the chair legs as everytime somebody aboves moves there bed or chairs it make a really load noise for guests below or next door because of the tiled floors. Was also disappointed a 4 star hotel allows a large amount of children to run riot in the hotel waking the other guests.l had to go and shout at them to keep quiet.

Review 50：This was an excellent hotel. We were given an upgrade. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was an excellent position as far as the beach was concerned. The hotel had lovely grounds around the pool. Nice views from our balcony. Breakfast was very nice.

Review 52：I generally don't like to give bad reviews, but the food was the worst we've eaten on any holiday. We paid for Half Board and that was a massive mistake. Every night a large number of people were saying no to the main course, which was one of two choices eg. chicken and chips, or fish and chips; pork and chips or fish and chips. No veg with the main course, the chips were soggy with oil and undercooked the two times we tried them. We couldn't bear to try them after that. The first course buffet was just passable. Our kids are good eaters but all of us found we were taking often trying one mouthful of a salad or fried "item" and spitting it out. I was to another Intur Hotel in Benicassim 8 years ago and the food was way better. Some of the staff were quite unfriendly

Review 53：Quiet Hotel with a laid back atmosphere, close to some interesting tourist attractions, if using a car. Some of the staff especially in the dining room(though that may be an apology for the food) were friendly.

Review 55：Excellent service! The location cannot better! Out of the big road, but only a few steps away from the lovely beach! Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous... But the best of all was the service. The lady at the reception was so kind and efficient, and made our stay really pleasant! Excellent quality for value.

Review 56：Beautiful design, spacious balcony with secure railings so that a small doggie doesn't fall through. Own park in front, with tables and swimming pool. Tasty breakfast, could eat out on the terrace. Right by the beach. Nice restaurants around. Car parking on the street but belongs to the hotel, no problems.
