Review 1：Wifi didn't work in the appartment. Connection is box is at the pool. If your on the top floor the signal is to weak.

Review 5：One of the refurbed 2 bed apartments in really good condition and very clean. We wanted a safe in our room the manager arranged a safe to be fitted in under 35 mins! A really nice resort with a nice beach. With a car the large resort of Cala Millor is only 15 mins away and there is everything a child would want there. However it was 50 years since i stayed in Cala Millor i am much happier in a small resort now.
Review 6：2 bedrooms flat very small and a very basic. Not child friendly at all, told off several times regarding to the kids noise. Mattresses uncomfortables with worn out springs. Towels provided also old hardly dryied. The whole Canyamel stink badly at night, as if a sewage or similar in the area start to operate night time.
Review 7：We liked the location, the quietness of Canyamel in general. The pool and the cleanness of main areas of hotel in general. Well equipped self catering with good utensils. Small details as providing washing up liquid, cloths, ravish bags, handwash. Good TV with good channels but Spanish. The price a really value for money.

Review 9：We had a fantastic apartment room 114. It even had a washing machine and dishwasher. The air conditioning was very efficient. The owner is very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The swimming pool is great, one of the nicest I have ever used, clean and warm. You can always get a sunbed. We recently stayed at The Mayurca Hotel. The Sureda's accommodation is superior. The apartments are a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach. We had nice meals at both beachfront restaurants. The resort is tame and quiet with a few restaurants no lager louts in sight!
Review 10：Bad wifi connection, impossible to download anything. One day water disappeared, so did the staff. Parking can be a problem (street parking is the only option). 2 separate beds :(
Review 11：Apartment with 2 rooms, balcony. Nice looking, sweet. There was a swimming pool and barbecue. Toaster, teapot, coffee maker.

Review 18：The location was perfect, lovely beach in a bay. We loved the river that ran along side of Canyamel. The cove was beautiful, the beach bars where excellent and the people where warming. You would need a car to explore different areas but if you wanted to chill the area was perfect.

Review 20：The apartments are well located in canyamel and the beach, restaurants and the shops are all within a short walk. The apartment we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated and had the benefit of air conditioning which made a big difference at night. The pool area is clean and welcoming with parasols and loungers.

Review 23：The apartments were in a fantastic quiet location which suited us. We traveled as a group of ladies on a girly family holiday. The apartments were clean, tidy and had all necessary equipment in. The staff at the apartments were very helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough. The pool area was clean and very enjoyable. The apartments were close to the beach and the area of shops and bars and restaurants. We will definitely be returning. Really enjoyed our stay and thank you very much.

Review 30：When we were cooking, the electricity tripped down a few times. It was a little annoying but its okay.
Review 31：Not crowded with people. The swimming pool was clean with a small jacuzzi by the side. Friendly and nice staff. We reached the apartment almost at midnight, still there was no problem for us to get our keys and room details. The beach is just a minute walk from the apartment. You can use the beach umbrellas, mattress to lay down in the sand for free from the apartment (just ask him). There is a small book shelf from near the front door from where you can take a book/novel and read it while you lie down by the pool side or in the beach. Canyamel is a small village in Mallorca. There are buses which run only few times a day. These buses can take you to the neighbouring towns with better beaches and blue waters (for e.g. Cala Millor, Porto Cristo, Cala Ratjada etc.). The apartment is a little old but for the price you pay, it is worth staying.

Review 59：Great location, free parking on the streets all around the apartments, location is perfect for exploring the Island, walking distance from the beach. Staff is friendly and easy going, on the last day it was no problem to check out couple of hours later. Hotel provides you with free parasols and beach mats. Although we did not use it, the hotel has a free of charge BBQ to use, which is great when you are with a family or bigger group. We stayed in the old building, don't expect luxury, but it is clean and practical.

Review 64：Would have liked an oven and although the a/c worked it wasn't the most powerful and turned off by itself sometimes - quite annoying at night! Overall, very good though, as these are just little niggles.

Review 66：I know that fussy people could find anything to complain about but I am not that kind of person. If you like a jacuzzi and high standard life then this is not for you. For us this place was completely good enough to stay. Just one more thing. If you lack of kettle or need more pots in the kitchen just ask Joan. Do not wait like I did.
Review 67：Apartamentos Sureda is located close to the beach. Just what we needed. It maybe does not look "wow" from the outside but we went there in October so after the season. Our apartament was very clean and bright. I was really impressed. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Beds are very comfy. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Thank you Joan for an olive oil and for printing my vouchers ;)

Review 69：Very good variant for budget vacation. The apart aments are supplied with minimum necessary goods but when we asked for additional kitchen items ones was given immediately. Very friendly and helpfull staff and owners. Good location. 200 meters from sand beach, Arta cave is in 20 min by walking. Not far from most beautiful places of Mallorka: Formentor, Capdepero, Arta.

Review 76：heh, just one word: "Juan" the owner. Once he knew it was our first time in the island he recommended several places to visit and marked them on a map he gave us. It was very helpful as all of them were spot-on.

The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach, and Juan and his wife are always there to help and advise us. They were really helpful and super nice! We will certainly come back there!

Review 82：A great people managing this place, very friendly, it doesn't take you more than one day to feel you are at home, grill, start using the kitchen downstairs, simply you feel home, not forgetting the lovely dogs Chiska and Tito, when adds a great time for children. You must try the massage there, it is excellent very relaxing, also one can do other facial treatments if wanted. Thank you dear Juan and Christina. I would go there again for sure.
Review 83：Our apartment was comfortable, clean and quite spacious, and we could even see the sea. We had two balconies, internet was free, and it was perfectly positioned for shops and beach. Joan, the owner, was really friendly and helpful. A cot was also supplied free of charge.I would certainly recommend this as the apartment is also available at a very reasonable price.
Review 84：We stayed at this hotel for a 10 days. This is a beautiful apartmenrtswith the most wonderful staff that we have ever encountered at ahotel! The owner with his wife are very positive, willing people. Theyare communicative and always happy to help. It was very pleasant tohave a deal with them. Apartments are located near beach (3 minwalking), which is very good. Rooms and surrounded territory are tidy.Hostel is situated in a quite place. The parking near apartments isfree which is also important. We were the first from Ukraine who'sstayed here:) We loved this apartments and look forward to stayingthere again in the future.

Sheets and towels, which are included, are also changed once a week.
