Review 1：Great accommodation, everything needed was provided. The owners are very helpful, they told us everything we needed to know. The location is excellent allowing easy-access to shops, bike-rentals, restaurants and... nature. Our apartment was upgraded for free to a better one just because the better one was... also available, which we thought was a really nice gesture.

Review 2：As there is no smoking ban in Germany it does smell rather smokey in places. also the room had only one toilet roll for the whole two weeks meaning buying some more, however I'm sure the hosts would have sorted this but as they do not live on site it seemed a small thing to drag them up to the apartments for.

Review 3：The location is beautiful, the owners are friendly, the facilities are perfect for self catering. An altogether lovely place to stay especially in comparison to some of the more expensive "hotels" my friends Stayed in.

Review 17：Our stay at this hotel was a total disaster. WE booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children ages 6 and 9,when we arrived there was a bed for only one child, when I asked where the second child is supposed to sleep I was answered on the couch(the couch is 40 cm wide).When I asked if there may be another room with 2 beds for the children the man that works at the hotel ( I have no idea if he is a manager) started yelling at me in german. Eventually he gave us another room and sign showed us that we have to make the beds ourselves and to bring the bed linen from the first room. A day after they told us that the play room that is advertised on the hotel internet page is not for the hotel guests, the gym is also not for the hotel guests.The furniture in the rooms is from the late 60's ,no one speaks english. The wifi that is also advertised on the hotel page is only accessible in the "wifi room" in the basement. In conclusion I will not recomend this hotel to anyone , especially if you are a family with children.

Review 18：The location is good,but this is the only good thing that we have to say about this hotel.

Review 19：The wifi was only in one place that we had to go there. No one changed us the towels and we did not see if there was a self service laundry. We were 3 at one room without a bed for our child. She had to sleep o the sofa or with us.

Was not shown any alternative. Wouldlike to submit pictures as evidence to my claim about the ramshackle.How to do? Booking.com schould randomly representatives to checklocations they advertise for, not com in the category of "garbagepresentation" of booking possibilities.
