Review 1：The food is average at best. Clearly this is meant for quantity consumers. I was amazed at how much food the guests could put on their plates. Nothing stood out as exceptional in the food beverages.

Review 2：The location is convenient for the work that we did.

Review 3：The swimming pools were very cold and the hotel would charge for everything they could even though it was all inclusive. To play pool was 5 euros !! Internet was 30 euros for 1 day and the signal was poor.

Review 4：The staff were mostly very good although their English was not good. It was difficult to get them to understand sometimes. The rooms were clean although a bit dated. The food was good especially the Egyptian night.

Review 6：We were the only norwegain guests. Very velcoming and exiting international animation team, Lito, Monika, Juliya and Oscar. They made us feel like Family. The food was some of the best we have had all inclusive in Egypt. Very nice staff. Great pool, both for our grandson and the teenagers. Review 7：It's more expensive if you deal with the egyptian pounds, the egyptian staff deal not good with egyptian guests , little care with egyptians the staff gave me wrong information about the reservation availability

Review 15：We booked the room on booking.com at the price $200 US per night $400 = $2800 Egypt Pound. when we went to check out we paid $3200 Egypt Pound, we converted the currency rate to $458 US. This is only the room. We ask why the difference, The front desk manager said its the exchange rate, (we used the latest exchange rate. I went to buy an Ice cream at the pool bar, the bar person wanted to charge me 50 Egypt pound = $7.15 Aus I think not.
