Review 2：The greeting on arrival was warm and glowing smiles, the hotel decor is stunning , being run by family it has a homely feel, and comfortable, breakfast is lovely typically continental vast choices. Meals in restaurant exceptional , especially deserts, and good recommendations from the man of the house. Loved every minute of our stay , the bedroom beautiful,

When we requested a table for dinner we were first taken to a table hidden away where we had to wait ages for service, then when two tables on the front terrace became free, we were not allowed to choose the table with the nice view, we had to take the 'lesser' table without the view and this without polite explanation, this even though neither were reserved. The nicely renovated hotel rooms lacked air conditioning which, when you are on the 2nd floor in a hot period of the year, is really not comfortable. The cost of the rooms was therefore, in our view, too high.

Review 14：There was no air conditioning in the room Too noisy in the evening - if you travel with kids, take this into account. We asked for a quite room, but not sure we got one. From other side our daughter felt in a sleep easily and the people singing outside until the late night were only disturbing her parents :)

Review 16：Water pressure in the shower was poor and the temperature fluctuated to uncomfortable extremes. We hated the pillows. It was our (party of 4) perception that the waiter at dinner was not very attentive until we ordered a nice bottle of wine some minutes after we had ordered our food. Maybe he was just especially busy at that particular time?

Review 17：The staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean, attractive and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant was considerably more elegant than we expected. The food was very good as was the wine.
