Review 2：Great hotel. Right on the beach. Staff very helpful. Cycle path right outside and you can cycle miles in either direction off road. They even treated us to breakfast as a treat and were adamant we couldn't leave in the taxi until we had had coffee (even though they weren't open for breakfast)! Review 3：The whole place needs a bit of an update. The rooms and common areas are kept very clean, but it feels a bit too dated.
Review 4：The staff and location make this place a great deal. The service and how attentive they were with us, brought a smile to my face every day. The location was perfect. The beach was a few feet away. The location was also surrounded with very good restaurant options. The breakfast was humble but good enough to start the day right.

Review 7：tried to reserve a fridge for my whole stay when I booked but was disappointed to find I had been overlooked and had to do without for the whole week. This was not too much of a problem as it was not as hot as it had been on previous visits.
Review 8：good hotel in a good location for my needs with friendly and helpful staff. I found some reviews criticised the breakfast but if you went early enough the selection was very good but if you left it too late the selection was not so good but that is understandable,

Review 13：One of our party is gluten intolerant and so although the breakfast was plentiful it was very bread based. Apart from fruit there wasn't much she could eat, we didn't mention this as it wasn't a big deal, however maybe some cold meats or cheese would be welcomed. Wifi at times was not reliable, again it was perfectly fine.
Review 14：The staff at hotel tramontana were just lovely. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful, a real treasure! Rooms were cleaned daily with new towels, housekeeping worked when we were out of the room only so as not to disturb. Location fantastic for Benicassim festival. It was a real joy to know we didn't have to wait all hours for a bus at 5am instead we could stroll back. The beach is also just 2minutes away- literally! Delighted to have stayed here and highly recommended!
Review 15：Breakfast was a bit lacking in choice. The free wi-fi had no signal in my room (i did not check the signal in communal areas) which was a bit frustrating.

We were there for the festival and there was a stop for the shuttle bus to the festival grounds right around the corner. It's basic, but if you're just there for sleeping and breakfast then you don't really need more. The air conditioning was a total life saver as well, and the Wifi signal was strong!

Review 22：The location was ideal and we made many friends on the trip. We were really pleased to meet Marc Garcia who worked during the night shift and he even heard of our town in Chesterfield. It was very close to the beach and close too to the town centre. I would definitely come back. Hiring bikes was also a plus as we were trying to find our way around the town before the fib festival. I've grown to love Benicassim and want to come back again and bring my family the next time.

Only half a hour walk away from festival ,didnt realy see the breakfast faciltiys as we were always stil partying or in bed lol
Review 26：We stayed at Tramontana for the Benicassim Festival. The hotel was in a great location, with the beach on its doorstep. There was a few lovely restaurants on the beach front at the hotel or for more options the main town was only a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was a simple continental buffet with the usual croissants, toast and fruit. The hotel was extremely clean and looked newly decorated with modern decor. Wifi was available for free throughout the hotel.

Review 28：There is no way this hotel is only 2 stars... The breakfast was lovely, great variety of dry/pastry food. The reception staff and cleaners were amazing, they helped in everyway possible. I had issues ordering taxis as I couldn't speak a word of Spanish, and it was help with little things that made it so nice. When we were leaving on the last day, the taxi service was impossible to get hold of because of the mad rush and one of the staff offered to take us to the FIB transfer pick-up point. The room was gorgeous, big balcony and spacious bathroom. We also rented a couple of bikes to go to the supermarket and they were the same as my bike at home. They made the festival trip 100 times better, and there was no better feeling than being in a comfy bed with air-con on you. Definitely staying there next year for round 2 of FIB. Just to mention aswell, it is a 20 second walk to the beach, a decent size supermarket is a minute walk around the corner and a taxi to the festival is about 8 euro there and 5 euro back. Alternatively, the FIB bus stop is just outside the hotel too! The bus passes were 14 euro each but we hardly used them, we ran home on the first day, was about 1.4 mile and didn't take us long atall, in fact, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff doing the night shift. Don't go anywhere else but here!

Review 58：The new rooms next door are tiled and very cold floor with no cerpert at least on you bedside so if you do not have any sleepers you left to walk the freezing floor. Please also can bed sleepers be considered as part of your supplies. We arrived at 22h00 and to find our room freezing for a 4 star I expected turndown and aircon heater to have been switched atleast to warm the room up.We did advise the hotel that we will check in late:-(

Review 74：The room I got was not worth the price I paid for it. Although there iswi-fi in the hotel, you can only access it from the lobby or dinningarea. They make it clear that the breakfast is continental and indeedit was on the better end of continental breakfast, but it could usesome improvement. Toiletries supplies are of very poor quality. I hadto use my own.Would I recommend this hotel to other guests? sure, but not at $ 43.50 euros per night. Perhaps at $ 35.00 euros they could have more success. The Festival del Fuego people kind of filled out the place and I suppose they took advantage of that.
