Review 1：1- Food quality & Variety. 2- staff quality & professionalism. 3- Room Cleaning was not good at all. 4- Swimming pool cleaning was very poor. 5- sun beds and parasols are old, cracked and cut. 6- AC's in the room are not working and even if they work they make a lot of noise.

Review 3：(Serious Warning) Don’t waste your money and time for this hotel! The picture of the hotel in the website is not the same in reality. It’s very dirty hotel and they are lying... The hotel standard is not for European people and honestly the hotel is two star and not five. Food it’s disquieting and very little food. water is warm and the Fridge was broken and its a lot of animal running in the room even if we changed two times, rats run in the garden in nights and day and night beside the kitchen,,,, I have cut my vacation and I moved to another hotel very close but very different (it was a good one) same price,,,,,, anyway I had a lot of Bad feeling in the first hotel

Review 5：I did not like the food. They should work more harder on improving the food quality ..having said that they have different kind of food but it doesnot taste good.So they need to change the chef or try different recipes

Review 6：I liked the facilities they have on the beach, pool..they have a beautiful pool and beach and the they have a great animation team, they are creating a wonderful atmosphere in the resort

Review 7：Low variety of food. Average quality of food. Hot water wasn't hot. No elevators in rooms buildings. All inclusive snacks are a joke. You have to walk like a kilometer and across a highway to reach the beach. Most of guests were polish and russian. Doesn't deserve its five star rating.

Review 8：The coffee machines are amazing and very delicious. The staff is very friendly and respecting and helpful. The beach and the sea water are so beautiful and relaxing. The whole beach lies in a bay which is very nice and comforting.

Review 9：The service was lacking. Cars are not allowed into the hotel area yet luggage has to be carried by guests. The staff are not helpful in this regard. When we eventually got someone to assist it took 40 minutes before our luggage reached our room. The food was ample but not very tasty. We were disappointed in the quality of the food.

Review 10：The pool and entertainment area is beautiful. The gardens are well maintained. Our room was basic but nice. The pasta station at dinner and lunch was good.

Review 24：It would have been good to have had a free wi-fi area as wi-fi was expensive and did not work well for the money. The animation was not our cup of tea but some seemed to enjoy it.

Review 25：The staff were fabulous. Many thanks to Mahoud, Ramdan, Mr Ali, and Fahd in particular. Air con was very welcome. The room was quiet and spacious. The gardens were very well maintained. The beach was clean and showers toilets food and showers on the beach were a big plus.
