Review 2：Beautiful building, tranquil location. Really nice and helpful hotel team. Lovely views, good food, dinner and breakfast. No faults whatsoever with the hotel or stay.

Review 4：Beautiful location, friendly staff and room was beautifully decorated. You can tell that a lot of hard work and care goes into making the hotel stay a pleasant experience for guests. Breakfast was lovely and the selection on offer was varied - everywhere is spotlessly clean.

Review 10：The morning meal was poor, no vegetable, sometimes we had no more water for the tee and nobody to ask for it. Verry limited food for a baby of 1.5 years. The surprise came at the end when we had to pay 9 €/day for the dog where I didn't see this on the initial booking and 5€/day for the kid without the bed, again without any notice during the booking. Surprise...the price for the dog is almost dubled then the price for the kid.

Review 11：We had plenty of snow, it is a verry quite place, the room was clean, the parking was always cleaned of the night snow, no personal disturbency, the schwarzwald card offer was great. Snow tyres and a good car needed to climb that mountines.

Review 12：We lost our room key and were charged 1250 euro with the suggestion to get it refunded by our insurance company... Luckily we found the key back in the last hour before departure and did not have to start a discussion on who should have an insurance against such bad luck... Left a bad feeling on our further perfect stay
