Review 1：Really nice accommodation, pool excellent size and restaurant on site served delicious food for a good price! Communal showers and toilets beyond clean and would definitely to recommend. Also 15 minute walk to FIB
Review 2：Chalet crockery and cutlery could be cleaner. Pots in chalet have tiny handles which get hot when you boil food. I felt that I was at risk of scalding myself or child when trying to strain food. No oven glove and hot handles means there is a risk.
Review 3：Raul gave great swimming lessons to our 2 small children. He is a great teacher and very good with small children who have no Spanish.

Review 5：The location was excellent, the campsite was of a very high standard and the staff were superb. It is ideal for families, couples, festival goers and those wanting a fun beach holiday. The facilities are great, lovely pool, bar and reasonable restaurant, 10 mins walk from the beach, 15 mins walk from town centre & 40 mins walk from festival site &supermarket at entrance to campsite. Good local restaurants and bars and lots of entertainment for kids, but also lots of quiet places for couples. And the campsite is good value as well as the local bars and restaurants. A predominantly Spanish holiday resort with lots of character.
Review 6：We wanted to leave early on the morning of our departure as we had a long drive to France ahead of us but couldn't, as they don't open the gate until 8.00 am.
Review 7：We were on a driving holiday through Germany, France and Spain and needed somewhere in this part of Spain with free parking. Bonterra was great in that respect. We stayed in a one bedroom chalet which, although reasonably basic, was fine for a 5 nights. Bonterra Park has good indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Most of the site is taken up by what appears to be hardened caravaners. But that didn't worry us, as we spent most of our time off site (it was November) enjoying the unspoilt coastline and the very pleasant little bars in Benicassim town centre, about 15 minutes walk away.
Review 8：Lack of kettle, toaster, wine glasses, poor pans, handles get red hot, definitely need ovengloves. No cleaner, had to wash the sheets our selves and buy cleaning products to keep the bungalow clean. No mention of this in the literature. The bungalow fixtures and fittings appeared very tired a renovation is required.

Towels not provided. washing machine and drier 8 euro to use both which is very expensive.

Review 15：beds were camp beds basic . could do with simple finishing touches to attract wider client group ie mirror in bedroom please note towels are not provided and in this day and age who takes towels in their luggage . however cheap towels can be purchased in town and the staff in bonterra park were very helpful once this was pointed out . only water may be drank in pool area ??? even in plastic containers . bathroom smelled of drainage in spite of air freshners in situ . overall dont let this put you off staying here . these are just things to be aware off

Review 46：The tiles leading to the chalets are very slippy when wet. I nearly fell over twice when carrying my daughters back to the chalet. The chalet didn't have a kettle or toaster - perhaps there items were for hire but i didn't look into it. The large pool started at a depth of 140cm and increased to 240cm - why does it have to be so deep?
Review 47：The pools are a good size. My daughters loved the play park. The chalet was a good size and reasonably well equiped. Each chalet has it's own parking space. The toilets were clean and tidy.

Review 55：I was meeting someone on the park the next day so location was more important, to be fair they probably do not have many requests like mine in as much as one night stays, it is a very nice holiday park which is very clean and tidy, a nice environment.
Review 56：The park doesn't supply towels for guests so you need to bring your own, which isn't ideal for luggage weight or suitcase space if travelling via plane - they should probably change this. The bungalow we stayed in didn't have double beds, they are all singles which I don't like. apart from that, there was nothing else I can complain about.
Review 57：Staff were really excellent - front of house, restaurant and even maintenance staff were friendly and helpful, location was excellent, the park was secure for children and well maintained. We stayed in a bungalow that had good air conditioning and was very clean. Location was close to the town and very close to the beach and other amenities. Nothing was more than 10-15 minute walk or €5-8 in a taxi. Beach was less than 10 mins walk.

Review 61：I didn't like the fact that you couldn't eat or drink at the pool. Youcouldn't have fun with friends as there was a strict life guard watchingover your every move, it was like a concentration camp!! I canunderstand that there are limits however this is unbelievable. Based onthis I wouldn't stay at bonterra park again.
