Review 1：The pool was closed due to some spill, and hence we didn't have the spa weekend that we planned. But the hotel reimbursed our stay, which is a really nice gesture and it says a lot about the high standards of this hotel.
Review 2：A little more light and signs guiding to the entrance would be good, when the days are short.

Review 6：The rooms themselves show considerable disparity of the overall impression of the hotel, in that the rooms could have been of a Holiday Inn location. Towels in the bathroom were thin and worn, the room decor very basic and not reflective of the hotel style & surroundings at all.

Review 10：I had a written confirmation for my reservation for my family in themain building, in two connecting queen size rooms. Upon arrival, thewoman behind the desk was not very gracious, questioning the validity ofthis confirmation, claiming I must have gotten it wrong, and that ourcommodation had to be in one of the other smalling buildings. I had toshow the email confirmation several times to more than one staff member,and one of them acutally said "Ok, I will find out who sent thatemail"..!! This did not make us feel welcome, as it was our firstimpression of the staff and hotel. It is not what you want, is it - toarrive at a great hotel and not feel welcome.

Review 14：Very bad greeting spoiled the undeniable strengths of this beautiful resort. My first contact was with a frowning clerk who coldly told me to swipe my credit card for an amount much higher than the room's price to prove that I could afford dinner or whatever extras I might order. This was a new one! I declined and said I would leave and she relented. Room decor was beyond awful--some kind of plywood with holes in it and tears.

Review 22：This is really a conference hotel, not for individual travellers.On the first morning of our holiday we had to finish breakfast before 8:30 to make room for 300 participantsof a business management conference.
Review 23：No designer furniture in room (as advertised), no open restaurant, our room was way in the back of the complex down a long cement hallway, so not convenient to any of the hotel amenities like the pool or free coffee in lobby. Absolutely the worst booking I have ever made and certainly not worth the cost!

Lyder som en bagatel men på andre hoteller i den kategori er det standard og når nu man ikke har noget med (pga man antager at self er der) er så efterfølgende skidt at de heller ikke har noget i receptionen.....
Review 26：- unacceptable (being of Italian descent) that in a four star hotel you have to pay for a basic right as a cappuchino/espresso/latte at breakfast - they gave us a room with a view towards a wall !!! We asked for another room (5min after arrival) due to the beautiful surroundings this was not possible (I think it was the end of the lady her shift and too much trouble- too bad)

Restaurant & cafe were booked entirely and there were no place for the hotel guests to have dinner. Just after much insistence they gave us a table.

We get warned by mail that there was no restaurant friday evening - but it last until sunday! No access to the restaurant! 2. Worse room service quality ever! They were not even able to prepare properly a burger: tasteless, cold, overcooked and with a rubber consistency 3. It is not enough to have space! Our room was so poorly equipped - were is the Danish "hygge"?

The lack of AC in the rooms is still an issue, and very needed, but the heat was easier to bear in the main building. The breakfast was very nice and the staff accommodating as before. The surroundings are excellent and perfect for clearing your head, or preparing the next day’s business. Free parking is a plus as you need a car to get there anyway.
