Review 3:Room was very cold, window couldn't be closed well heating not Working, internet only in lobby,no soup,no bathing towels, normally could be ok if person was informed before, faraway from the central station

Review 4:The Place in The lake,The view,The concept,good with children,breakfast ok,

Review 5:Small and cold rooms, tiny beds, no bath sheets, Wifi innexistant in the room and very weak in the reception, they didnt have a restaurant serving food for the next 5hours so we ordered sandwichs, we were not allowed to take the food from the delivery boy he waoted for more than half an hour in the rain while the rude receptionist and his horrible coleegue were not alowing us to take our food, we were not allowed to eat in the room or even in the huge hall, we were asked to eat outside with pooring rain, i never had such bad treatment.

Review 6:Too expensiv for what it is

Review 7:Impossible to pay with Mastercard or Visa.

Review 8:Helpful people in the reception. Very easy to find a parkingplace for the car, for free! Good location, close to everything.

Review 9:Wifi only in reception, but there you could buy wine. Mediocre breakfast. You can't pay with credit cards, only Maestro.

Review 10:Clean, view over the lake, helpful staff who was english speaking. Comfy beds, free parking outside the door

Review 11:Rude unhelpful member of staff. I encountered 4 front desk staff and all but one were fine and helpful. But one however (who I was unlucky to get when I was enquiring about the possibility of getting a later check out time) was about as helpful as an umbrella in a hurricane. I assumed, which is my own fault, that when I booked this accommodation, that the check out time would be fairly standard (11am/12pm) but actually it was 9am. I only discovered this the day before I was due to stay at the hostel. But having stayed at other hostels in Germany ( and else where) I figured I'd ask for a later check out time and given I was paying over the odds for a private room that as in the past id be afforded a couple of more hours in bed. But when I arrived late to check in for my first nights stay, the young man who check me in (who was very nice and helpful) said he was unable to grant me a later check out time there and then but as I was staying two nights I should talk to the staff the following day, but he felt sure a couple of hours later check out would be possible. So the next afternoon I approached reception as I was heading out for the day to confirm if I could get a letter check out. The man on reception was very unhelpful and point blank refused any extension to my check out time. Not in a polite way, but in a rude manner, after I again asked politely if there was any chance, he kindly offered 5 mins extra to check out but that was it. Overall it's not a bad place to stay but having unhelpful staff, coupled with over the top rules makes for an uncomfortable stay.

Review 12:Being able to arrive late to check in and secure car parking.

Review 13:Poor WiFi: Only available in hall for 12 hour at a time, not available in rooms. Breakfast between moderate and poor!

Review 14:Excellent location, very friendly staff

Review 15:Not all staff were as friendly as the others, but the rest of the staff totally made up for it. Wif-fi in the common hall was not working temporarily, but for us this was not much of a problem.

Review 16:Almost everything really, it was great, lovely atmosphere.

Review 17:One of your nightshift staff was very rode, after when I came 11 o'clock and I wanted to park my car at the staff carpark. He didn't want to open the gate and I couldn't find a park on the area, was raing heavily

Review 32:When you register you need to fill a lot sheet of papers. In order to obtain the password from the Wi-Fi necessary to fill another sheet of paper. Password is given only for one hour. To get the next password will need to come down and fill out another sheet of paper. Linens are not made.

Review 33:Peaceful. Modern rooms. Near the pond. Near the center.

Review 34:Internet connection was only available in the lobby, and inconvenient (required several 1-hour user/pass tokens, even when we stayed for several days).

Review 35:-On the day of our departure (dec 9) the receptionist Adam Brozek was very very rude and unfriendly. He should not be working in a receptionistjob. We couldn't wait to leave. Exactly the opposite of the guy the day before -Wifi is only free for an hour a day, after that you have to pay. - only singlebeds. Not nice for a couple.

Review 36:When we arrived at the hostel (dec 8) we were met in a very friendly way by a blond guy. He is a great host! We felt welcome. I was together with my daughter and we found the hostel excellent. Close to center and on the border of a nice little lake.
