Review 1：Great value for money in every aspect. Pleasant check in very inviting and explanatory. General service excellent dinining room extraordinary Food beyond expectations.

Review 2：Exceptional service from friendly helpful staff, including providing Gluten free bread/rolls for my husband who has a gluten intolerance. Beautifully manicured gardens and nice terrace for meals. Excellent cuisine. Lovely appointed room with terrace, good quality bed linen and very comfortable beds. Bathroom spacious and luxurious with large walk in shower. Nice design and decor in both. Fabulous swimming pools and spa area. Nothing too much trouble to make our stay memorable. Recommend highly and we will return for longer next time. Hospitality at the highest level !

Review 5：Not very much but to be picky my wife found the bed a bit firm but I didn't. Maybe more of the notices or instructions could be in English, for example the daily set menu.

Review 6：After a one night stopover in this traditional yet modern hotel in June, we returned for a week to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday in September. In a way that says it all. It is intimate, relaxing, comfortable, spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. The staff are all very friendly and competent with enough of them speaking very good English. The rooms are large and those on the ground floor open onto the garden, each with its own patio. Others have sizeable balconies on which to sunbathe. The outside pool is relatively small but is heated and beautifully constructed as an infinity pool completely in stainless steel.

Room exceptionally comfortable and spacious, well worth paying the little extra for a suite. Gardens etc beautiful and very well kept as were the two pools, one indoor, one outdoor. Food, both at breakfast and dinner was super.

The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful; the room was very spacious, spotlessly clean with a patio opening onto the garden; the food was exceptionally good and memorable; the spa facilities and pool were excellent and mostly included in the price. There's ample parking and the opportunity to rent electric bicycles or even an electric sports car! We hope to return for a longer visit as it is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Black Forest region.

Review 30：We stayed in a suite (No.341) it was spacious and very comfortable. We booked bed and breakfast only and ate a la carte in the restaurant in the evenings. The food was invariably excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking English when we needed them to, but also patiently allowing us to practice our German.
