Review 1：My room was at the front and there was traffic noise. It didn't keep me awake though.

Review 3：Furnishings in rooms and bar have become tired and worn. Replacement would be recommended before these become shabby and detract from this hotel's many advantages.

Review 12：The stay at this hotel was excellent value for money. It was spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of terrace area around the pool and beds. Our room was a good size and the bathroom clean and well equipped. Although there is a short walk to the beach, it is lined with interesting little shops and a bakery and the beach is beautiful.

Value for money going half board, had a 4 night stay in Sept 2014, worked out around £24 for half board per day including above. Bar and pool available although didn't use, good relaxing area near bar. Would book again.

Review 37：This hotel is good value in a reasonable location. I wanted a hotel for one night close the airport at a reasonable price and that is what I got. The selection at the buffet is excellent and everywhere is clean and tidy.

Review 41：In my room the shower was poor - a hose attached to a mixer tap; difficult to adjust the water temperature precisely. Personally I hate a shower you can't just stand under. Water pressure to the sink was also very weak Internet is £20 for the week and it can only be used for one device at a time. There's good coverage but it's slow, and you have to enter the 10-digit username and 9-digit password every time you log in. The pool is so small it's almost a waste of time There isn't much "life" in the hotel itself. Few people at the pool, the bar. There's a good size entertaiment area but it doesn't seem to be used these days

Review 44：Stayed half board and the food was excellent with lots of choice, something for everyone's taste. The location was brilliant with buses passing every few minutes for Palma. The rooms were cleaned every day with clean towels. The staff were very friendly.

The staffare very helpful and courteous nothing is too much trouble for them.Food is excellent and a good choice from the breakfast and dinnerbuffets. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly and towels are changedeveryday.Its close to the beach/airport good transport links. We hada great stay and will be back again. I have no idea why others give itnegative reviews, my older teens like it and I think that says a lot.

Review 58：Just arrived yesterday from holiday from this hotel. I think the hotel offers very good deal when you book in advance. We booked in January for July for a big group of friends (20 people). We are totally satisfied with everything, the staff is very very friendly and helpfull, they gave us some tips and advices where to go and what to see in Mallorca, helped us arranged our trip with discount, plus when we arrived, I wasnt happy with the room view, and they immediatelly offered me another room next day. When Booking this hotel I asked for rooms not on the top floor and next to each others and we got them! So everything was perfect. Also the food was very good, always hot and good choice, so everybody could be satisfied. The beach is 5 minutes walking, which is ok, our rooms had view on the planes landing and taking off which was great. But if you are very light sleeper, maybe ask for rooms on the other side of hotel (pool view) There is car/scooter/bike rental just opossite to hotel at very reasonable prices plus if you rent more cars/scooter, they give you also discount. Overall hotel is quiet, suitable for older people and families, but we were group of young people and were happy here, too. I would really recomend this hotel to everybody, who wants to get nice hotel with good food and location at reasonable price. Thank you staff :)

The tiny television cathode ray tube! did not work! Do not have a refrigerator in the room. There is free wi-fi and the price is absurd. The coffers are installed in rooms rented for a high price! Very bad, unfortunately for those who work there.
