Review 1：No room service. When wet, balcony lethal with no warning notice.
Review 2：Quiet, pool area clean, nice landscaped setting, safe, with shower and changing facilities, towels included. Staff lovely, considerate and friendly.
Review 3：I had a massage and I did not like it. Paid for 1 hour but really had 45mins
Review 4：I thought the bar and resturant staff was great and very professional. All cleaners was always out there doing a great job and working hard. Also the spa was really nice. The food was excellent.
Review 5：Wifi was very bad. AirCondition in room could only reduce the temperature a few degrees, still very warm inside. The restaurant opening hours were very early, closing sharp at 21.15. Staff spoke good german but less english as there were 99% german guests.

Review 12：Booked superior room not sure difference between this and standard room? Room not very large. Air condtioning units not very good. Mirror should be provided over the dressing table in the bedroom. Requested use of iron hotel only had one her fire people had to wait in queue for this. Hotel of this size should have more irons available or have an ironing room. We were a large party attending a wedding and had to wait in a queue at reception for the iron to be returned.

Review 14：We hadn't brought a print out of our booking confirmation and this caused some issues when checking in (not ideal at midnight). The beds and pillows in our room weren't very comfy.
