Review 1：For some reason no shelf in bathroom this room. Holes where it had been fitted still visible. so had to place the toiletries on the toilet next to the sink ....

Review 7：Breakfast was OK, but there were some little kids who were running around and touching and moving all the food. One of them dropped a raw egg into the cooling water, which is used after taking out a boiled egg to cool it (yes, at this hotel you boil your own eggs). The orange juice was basically orange-colored water. Apple juice was OK. Also, the room was available only from 14:00 and not a minute sooner

Review 21：I did pick this hotel based on price, so it's to be expected that it is the "budget" type. Might be a strange thing to say, but all the rooms are on the groud floor with the car parking just in front, which can be a bit uncomfortable - it just feels like anyone could knock on your window in the middle of the night. Breakfast is not really appealing - seems too expensive and not well presented (reminded me more of a hostel breakfast). As far as cleannes was concerned, (towels, ventilation in the bathroom), it was ok, but could have felt a bit better. Overall, budget accomodation if you're looking for more than a hostel. General character of the place is totally lacking - even just adding some tea/coffee making facilities to the rooms would make it more welcoming. Would definitely not recommend for business trips or having guests in, but otherwise ok for low budget traveling.

Review 78：I usually don't write negative reviews but my experience here was so bad that I have to tell other users. This hotel is made of many buildings on the ground floor, connected with them by a maze of corridors. We were assigned one of the farthest rooms and had to carry our heavy luggagge on a long and rough stone-paved trail, with additional obstacles on it. The room was ok except for the "double bed", which was made of two beds set side-by-side. We were quite upset because I have been reassured that the room was with "doppeltseng", not "separate senge". We usually don't like that solution because with smooth wooden floor a person can fall in between the beds while sleeping. If we wanted a real double bed, we could have paid an extra to get a Business room, but we refused the option. Our "double bed" had only one pillow and one blanket, so we had to ask the reception to bring one more set.Personnel was polite but careless, as they didn't tell us any information about breakfast time and check-out (but they didn't forget to have us pay at the check-in).Room has curtains but they do not keep the morning light out of the room, so you might get up early here.Getting to the reception, to the breakfast hall and out of the hotel either required that incredibly long stroll in the corridors or an equally long walk outside the building, because all the doors on the outer side were closed and never opened. We saw those doors just outside our room, but had to go the long way around.Breakfast was ok, but as soon as we got back into the room we realized that water supply had been cut off for hydraulic works. I had to find the working man (not difficult, as he was soundly pounding his hammer at 10.00) and asked him to give us water for 10 more minutes. To avoid another odissey in those mazy corridors, I drove the car on the narrow dirt road just outside our room.

Review 82：The room was not very clean. Even after housekeeping came through, wecould tell they did not clean the floors (which were hardwood) or theshower. There was so much dust in the closet it was all over our bags.There is no air conditioning in the rooms (which we knew before we gotthere), but they don't even provide a fan! It was so hot anduncomfortable we could hardly sleep. The beds were way too soft and putmy back out after the first night. The shower is all tile and the drainis not in the shower, it's just outside. It does not work very welland as a result, the bathroom floods when you shower. There is no iron,ironing board or safe in the room. Breakfast was included in room rate,but it was not as good as we were expecting. One morning they had moreitems than the next. They had a waffle maker. The first morning thewaffles were great and they had syrup. The second morning the batter wastoo runny and no syrup. Overall we were not impressed with this hotel.We also were not told that there would be an extra charge for payingwith our credit card. An extra 1.44% is charged if you use a card thatis not a Denmark card. Had we known that, we would have brought moreKroner and paid in cash. The Wi-Fi in the room is terrible. We couldonly get 1 or 2 bars of service and it was very slow. It's fine ifyou are just wanting to check e-mail or do simple things, but don'texpect to download anything or watch streaming videos.
Review 83：The hotel was close to the castle, city centre and good restaurants.There is a very nice indoor mall that is less than 10 minutes from thehotel. They had a nice farmer's market inside, clothing stores, giftshops, etc. a few places even took Euro so that helped when we ran outof Kroner. The front desk staff spoke enough English for us tounderstand them. It was nice to have free parking at the hotel and itseemed like it was in a safe area.
