Review 1：The noise of the air conditioners out the window. The bad view from the window- just of the industrial air conditioners. We had to keep our window closed because of the noise on a hot day/night. We tried to open them a night, but the kitchen noise was loud.

Review 3：The bed was a bit short for me, but then again, I'm 6'2". The train made a bit of noise, but that stopped in the evening.

Review 4：The view was great, overlooking the park and the mountains. The food was also good and the price was reasonable.

Review 5：The owner does not speak any English. Upon arrival the owner continued a stand-up argument with his son in front of the customer. The restaurant was closed on arrival (no advice was provided with respect to local restaurants) The WI-FI worked intermittently (5-10mins every hour). The rooms had no tea/coffeee making facilities (in fact there wasn't even a glass or cup for water). The local train service commences around 6am each morning (the noise can be heard from the room) The rooms could do with a little TLC as they are looking tired and worn.

Review 6：The view from the hotel is breath-taking. The lake at Ebensee is just a few metres from the hotel.

Review 10：UNfriendly reception staff, restaurant seating was odd and not explained, food was basic - paid for evening meal in advance and that was very limited set menu - breakfast was okay but apparently there was allocated seating which was not explained and caused the hotel staff to be abrupt with some of the guests who had gotten it wrong. Ordered a double bed, got two single beds diagonally opposite each other that squeaked very loudly everytime you moved. Thought it would have been good looking at the advertising of a long term family run hotel, instead was very disappointed, especially in the reception staff (who I believe from the photos were the owners), one woman didn't even speak a word to us, and we wouldn't stay there again (which is very unusual for us as we are reasonably easily pleased and laid back about accommodation and rarely give bad reviews)
