Review 1：Wasn't so great: restaurant. We didn't have any meals in the package but we went for dinner (all inclusive buffet) the first evening. Unfortunately the choices were limited and the food wasn't great, I would say acceptable though. We didn't go to the restaurant for the rest of our stay. We were happy we didn't take the meals because we had the opportunity to taste some of the great local restaurants. Nothing to say other than that.

Review 2：Was great: room, staff,facilities, cleanliness, comfort, the evening shows.

Review 3：Beds were on the harder side and pillows were very thin. Could use new mattresses.

Review 4：Great for family with kids. We travel as a family of four (14 yr old son and 11 yr old daughter). Our kids are too old for the kid club but it always looked like the little ones were having a good time every time. Multiple pool options including adult only. Has no problem getting a sunbed even later in the morning. We did not do an all inclusive but we did eat twice at the buffet breakfast which pretty extensive and good not just the usual meats and cheeses. While not directly on the beach, you can reach it with a quick 5 minute walk. The water is warm and clear.

Review 5：gym was poor. when we arrived, we got a room where airconditioning wasn't working. We complained and were said it was repaired. Still we had to go and complain again late in the evening and finally changed room in the middle of the night. This episode took one day of our holiday. It would have been nice to get some compensation since the room price was very high in this hotel.

Review 6：breakfast was very good. Swimming pools were nice and children were well acknowledged. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Review 7：Only thing would be the transfer time travelling with small children but would deffo go to another viva hotel in fact looking for one know :)

Review 8：Everything, pool and slides amazing for my 2 and 8 year old.. Daily activities to keep the kids busy, sooooo clean, food varied and delicious, staff hard workers and brilliantly helpful and nice

Review 9：A bit overcrowded pool. Water exchange would be more intense: there lots to see underwater in afternoons if you dive with a mask :). Toiletries could have been more generous (shampoo). As lots of the hotel visitors do go on the beach (some 700 m away), an electric shuttle going on schedule would be a solution.

Review 10：Literally, everything on the hotel's side: helpful staff, a scent in the lobby, children activity programme, dinner menus (!), almost sexy 18+ zone. I could have stayed inside for the entire vacation: all-embrasing and cosseting escape from reality. All-in option is expensive but it well worth it if you're into food and drinking.

Review 13：This is not really a fault but there were many children in this hotel so it is defiantly a hotel for family's with younger children and babies.

Review 14：Very clean hotel and the staff were really good and helpful. The apartment was very spacious with bath and a separate shower which is great. The food at the pool bar is excellent with a great choice of food and drinks. Pool was a bit cold but once you were in it was fine. The resturant has a good selection of food but I would say it did mainly cater for the German guests.

Review 21：The pool is not that big and you cannot dive in the pool. In addition it was very crowded in the pool. Nearly 98% Germans in this hotel.

Review 23：Our room needed an urgent renovation. There was a really bad smell in the bathroom and had some problems there with humidity. Room service was poor, we had to ask for more towels and bedlinen etc.. Some of the waiters at the restaurant were rude. Tennis court was a joke... The hotel is not by the beach, we found out later that there were better VIVA hotels in that part of Mallorca... by the beach. The town of canPicafort is a tired tourist trap. Better to travel bit further to the east coast...

Review 24：Animation guys were superb!! They worked hard to entertain us and were kind and polite, we enjoyed a lot different activities, shooting, water sports etc. Well done! Parking was good, we always found a good spot for our car. We suggest renting a car so you can travel around, there is nothing really to see or to do in that town of CanPicafort.

Review 40：It is a little walk to the main town and beach. Not a disaster, but with a four year old it was often longer than ideal. There also isn't much on the way to make it interesting. There is an on site supermarket, which is well stocked, but premium priced. A little annoying, and unnecessary for things like water. The overwhelming majority of guests were German. And things like the mini disco and entertainment therefore cater for this group. Again not a real problem, but my daughter struggled to get involved sometimes. Not the hotels fault, but we probably should have given it more thought before booking.

Review 41：This is a really good hotel. There is really nice feeling of space. The grounds are big, the rooms are big, and the pool is big, with a good mix of areas to suit different age groups. Everything is also well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We prefer to go out, so can't really comment on evening meals. Overal though I'd be very happy to go to a Viva hotel again.

Review 42：Standard of the Roms is like most of the rest in spain. Clean and tidy but a average equipment.

Review 44：Need to ask for some aspects of spa to be turned on which saves energy but there is a delay before using. This might not happen in high season. Indoor spa pool temperature cold (similar to sea 10 minutes away).

Review 50：Only nitpicking there, but the water in the swimming pools may seem tosome kids and adults a bit on the cold side This is standardeverywhere in Spain as far as we know. We preferred going to thewonderful beach instead.

Review 54：realising if i wanted pool view i had to pay more. this was not on booking.com web site. nice receptionist moved us to a better accomodation but it was a studio not a one bed, but for us it was better as it had a garden and a terrace. its a bit away from resort and walk back up hill for people with mobility issues could be challenging.

Review 57：Basically everything :-) Friendly staff, clean and nice facilities, fairly spacious appartments, and not the least a very quiet place :-) We also tried the buffet (both morning and evening), which we found really good.
