Review 1：Dinner is not good enough - not even for the small price we paid. Cockroaches in the dining room on the tables. Slow service at reception. Problems with paid wi-fi if you prolong for an extra day as it as disconnects all the time. Not enough sockets at all in the room. Cleaning ladies enter a room even if you put the "please, don't clean" sign on the door. Unfortunately they don't clean the room well. When we asked a question through Booking.com after the booking was made, it took more than a week to get an answer. The staff seems to have problems with understanding basic things in terms of online bookings and communication as well as service and hospitality in general. We did not expect that for the price we paid, though, so overall we got what we deserved.

Review 4：Proximity to beach and bus to Palma. This is a budget hotel and for what you pay it is great value for money.. It really needs a makeover Rooms are a good size and clean but very very outdated, corridoors need painting stair carpet needs replacing -- Food options, we were there on half board basis, is more than you can expect for price paid - many choices, staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed . Pool area lovely and gets lots of sun.

Review 5：We were very disappointed in this hotel. It was old and the rooms were not updated. The breakfast was mediocre. We had a problem with the Wifi. We will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it.

Review 14：The location of the hotel is great. Very close to the beach, to the walking area, to the shops and the restaurants. The hotel is very close to the bus stop, from where you can get to Palma as well as to Airport. The food was excellent. We had half-board reservation. Both the breakfast and the dinner were excellent. The food was tasty and Spanish-cuisine oriented.

Review 15：Old furniture. Smell in the hallway. Expensive for what you get. €86 per night with breakfast. Food- big choice poor quality. I got stomach ache after dinner. I would prefer less choice of better quality. They must throw away lots of food and waste money that way. You have to pay for internet or safe in your room. That I would not mind if I payed £50 p/n for the room. Therefore value for money is quite poor.

I also stayed at the Hotel Helios next door for one night and they had much nicer rooms but the staff were average and the food was not nearly as good plus the swimming pool seemed inadequate for a hotel of this size. It's a toss up. Do you spent time in your room or do you enjoy the facilities and the food. I enjoyed the latter.

Review 66：the location is excellent and the staff are really helpful.we went half board and there was always a lot of choice of evening meals.the resort itself is good with no sign of any issues . the hotel is a bit dated but everything in it works really well and is only 5 minutes from the airport
