Review 1：They spoke English which we were happy because our German is very poor. We needed something normally supplied, which they couldn't find (we arrived very late), but their sister hotel, 3 blocks away, had some and supplied it in less than 10 minutes. Now that's a great staff and service!

Review 8：The inability to open the window, it was very warm on my visit and there is no air con, so room became quite stuffy, the fan provided some relief, but an open window would have been better. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Reliable staff, clean, good breakfast in a pleasant dinning room with very helpful personnel. Acceptable internet speed connection via cable. Room is very quiet. Free parking garage (good organisation with elevator). Elevator from garage to each floor. I would recommend this hotel for shorter visit, especially for business trip.

Review 25：The rooms had a wired network option but lacked WiFi which is a very desirable feature for most travelers with smart phones. The greatest complaint was the lack of ventilation in the rooms. The windows cannot open and there was no air conditioning available in the room. A fan was provided which only circulated the hot air which made sleeping difficult. The hallway outside the room was kept at a comfortable temperature.

Review 50：Location close to the town centre and an easy short walk from the train station. Prompt precise exchange of emails to explain how I should pick up my key and room number since my arrival was on a late Sunday afternoon, aftr the reception closed. Small but very comfortable and cosy room. Excellent breakfast and very attentive staff in the restaurant. Free shuttle to The Therme and back. Was provided an electric kettle in the room when I requested for one. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Review 51：I didn't like the closed windows and the inability to change the room temperature. Whilst the hotel advises that you can arrange with reception for it to be turned down this isn't possible after 10 p.m as there isn't a receptionist after that time. Nor is there any food or drink available after 5pm. Arriving at the hotel at 9 pm we wandered into Erding, but we were unable to get any food in the local restaurants as we got there after 9.30 so went to bed hungry.

Review 52：Hotel Stocker provided an excellent breakfast and,even though we only stayed one night, lent us both a towel and dressing gown the following day for our visit to Therme Erding. They looked after our suitcases and provided a free shuttle bus to and from Therme Erding. By the way, this spa is fantastic. We visited it many times when we lived in Munich.

Review 63：Spent a weekend in December as part of visit to Erding Therme. Very friendly staff couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. Free shuttle bus to Therme made the journey very easy. The location was close to the town centre yet very quiet.

Review 64：The parking garage is pretty scary, at least for Americans: it has avery small and scary car elevator, and once you are down there it'smore like parking in someone's basement than an actual garage.Having said that, free parking is pretty nice to have.

The staff is very friendly(though one staff member was unaware that they actually offer free WiFiin the rooms.)Erding itself is lovely and a nice break from the crowds in Munich. I particularly liked the proximity to the Erding Thermen, which are about my most favorite place in the world. The restaurant is also very nice, a combination of haute cuisine and Bavarian specialties, so perfect for the traveller. This is a great place for a short layover if you are flying through Munich Airport, or for a base to explore the region if you like having a car (free parking) and don't need to be in the heart of the city.

No previous notification (at least we didnot see one) was provided. When, the next morning, we complainedabout the temperature in the room we were told that we had beeninformed "by the internet" that the window would not open.No further explanation why the room was boiling. Instead, we weretold that this was a room on offer. As if €79 was cheap and we didnot deserve to complain.We arrived on Sunday at 9pm but the reception was closed. It took us a while to find where we could park the car in their premises since no info is provided in English. Actually, the majority of the notes in our room and the hotel were only written in German.

And the housekeepingstaff were just as lovely as you can get. All these people made my staya wonderful experience.
